Characteristics of Baolong Expressway

Baolong Expressway is the third expressway project in Yunnan province to use ADB loan after Chuda Expressway and Yuanmo Expressway which have been completed and opened to traffic, and it is also the first project invested by French Development Agency in the field of basic industrial facilities in China.

The geological situation is very complicated.

The geological conditions along Baolong Expressway are particularly complicated, with high mountains and deep valleys, Nujiang Gorge below and Gaoligong Mountain above. The route is in a typical "V" shape, and the construction mileage of the main line of 76 kilometers needs to overcome the height difference of 1.560 meters. Not only that, the rock mass along the line is loose and broken, and it is in a high-intensity earthquake zone (8 degrees). The whole line crosses 365 and 438+0 faults, and there are 47 landslides, especially in Lanzao River, Huchong River and Shatian, with dense landslides, steep slopes and poor stability.

International engineering bidding

The civil engineering of Baolong Highway is divided into 14 construction contract section and 8 construction supervision contract sections. Through international bidding, 7 construction enterprises in Yunnan Province and 7 construction enterprises outside Yunnan Province participated in the project construction. Through domestic bidding, * * * five supervision companies participated in the civil construction supervision of Baolong Highway Project. Earth and stone excavation of subgrade along the whole line is 6,543,800+0,224,000 cubic meters; Fill 4410000m3; 960,000 cubic meters of drainage and protective stone works.

By the end of April, 2006, Baolong Expressway had completed subgrade earthwork 1 2.22 million cubic meters, 3,906 bridge piles, prefabricated bridge beams and slabs 1482 blocks, culvert passage1lane, 9,760 linear meters of tunnel excavation, 8,098 linear meters of tunnel lining and 738,340 protection works. The construction of Nujiang Bridge, Majiacun Tunnel and Zhenbao Tunnel, the key control projects, is progressing smoothly, with an accumulated investment of 2,692.49 million yuan. The overall quality of the project is in a relatively stable and controlled state, and the greening along the line, the bidding for pavement projects, and the planning and design of landscape service areas are being carried out in an orderly manner.

Pay attention to environmental protection

The construction of Baolong Highway attaches great importance to environmental protection and water source protection, and the construction unit tries to rent the existing houses along the route as the resident to reduce the impact of resident construction on the environment. According to incomplete statistics, the housing area rented by the construction unit is 2 1.600 square meters. Slope protection adopts the management mode of dynamic design and information management; Centralized soil abandonment shall be implemented, and the spoil ground shall follow the principles of "stopping before abandoning" and "stopping at the top and cutting at the bottom" to effectively prevent soil erosion; Make full use of the original river reach, and change the abandoned river reach into a centralized slag dump. After the waste residue is completed, biological recovery and re-cultivation will be carried out in time. Strictly control the felling of trees in the process of highway construction, strictly implement the principle of "no damage is the greatest protection", and strictly control the felling of trees and vegetation near the lower part of bridges, uphill tunnels and subgrade boundaries. The lower part of the whole bridge has a vegetation area of more than 86,000 square meters. The tunnel entrance is extended by open-cut tunnel, so as to minimize the uphill excavation at the entrance and avoid disturbing the mountain slope up to 6,200 square meters. Environmental protection and soil and water conservation have laid a solid foundation for building Baolong Expressway into an ecological expressway.

Highway builders dig tunnels on every mountain and bridge every river. A silver dragon crosses the magical Nujiang River, crosses the rich and beautiful Lujiang Dam, goes deep into Gaoligong Mountain, and finally leads to South Asia and Southeast Asia, which has begun to take shape!

Baoshan Management Office of Yunnan Highway Development and Investment Co., Ltd., Baoshan Municipal Transportation Bureau, issued an announcement on trial operation of Baolong Expressway on April 29th, 2008.

According to the Reply of the People's Government of Yunnan Province on the Toll Collection of Vehicles on Baoshan-Longling Expressway and the Networking Toll Collection of Kunming-Baoshan Expressway (Fu [2008]1No.) and the notice of Yunnan Highway Development and Investment Co., Ltd., and submitted to the Baoshan Municipal People's Government for approval, the interchange section of Baolong Expressway from Daguan to Lujiangba is planned to be put into trial operation on April 30, 2008.
