In order to thoroughly implement the deployment requirements of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee and the State Committee on deepening the pilot reform of the national supervision system, with the approval of the people's government of Qiandongnan Prefecture, the Public Security Bureau of Qiandongnan Prefecture openly recruited 40 auxiliary police officers for the society, equipped with professional nursing teams. In order to make this recruitment work go smoothly, the Implementation Plan for Public Recruitment of Auxiliary Police with Detained Professional Nursing Team by Qiandongnan Public Security Bureau in 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the "Recruitment Plan") is formulated.
I. Working principles and procedures
The recruitment work adheres to the principle of "openness, equality, competition and merit-based" and adopts the methods of combining examination with investigation, information disclosure, process disclosure and results disclosure.
Recruitment work shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures of compiling recruitment plan, publishing recruitment plan, registering, preliminary qualification examination, on-site measurement of height and vision, physical fitness assessment, written examination, qualification review, interview, physical examination, inspection, publicity and signing of labor contract.
The recruitment was organized and implemented by the Office of the Leading Group for Public Recruitment of Auxiliary Police with Detention Professional Nursing Team (hereinafter referred to as the "Recruitment Leading Group") in 2022 by the Qiandongnan Public Security Bureau.
Second, the recruitment plan and position
This plan recruits 40 auxiliary police officers of professional nursing team, including 30 males and 0 females/kloc-0. For details of recruitment, please refer to the List of Auxiliary Police Positions for Open Recruitment and Retention of Professional Nursing Teams in Qiandongnan Public Security Bureau in 2022 (attachment 1).
Third, the recruitment target and the qualification conditions for entering the examination
(1) Recruitment Target
Have a college degree or above recognized by the state (the post education level of retired military personnel can be relaxed to high school or technical secondary school or above), and meet other qualifications required for the post.
(2) Qualifications for entering the examination
1. has China nationality.
2. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the leadership and socialist system of the * * * production party in China. Have the idea of serving the people, abide by the law, and have good political quality and moral conduct.
3. Have the relevant academic requirements and corresponding qualifications required to apply for the position (see the Position Table for details).
4. Age requirement: 18 years old or above (born on or before August 14, 2004) and under 35 years old (born on or after August/0/986).
5. Good health, good figure, no obvious facial defects, no disability, no stuttering, no hard of hearing, no tattoos, no serious flat feet, binocular vision above 4.8, male height not less than1.68m (in some positions not less than1.65m), female height not less than/kloc-0. Physical conditions meet the relevant provisions of the state.
6. Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

Four. Job responsibilities and remuneration
According to national regulations, the recruiting unit signs labor contracts with employees, and employees do not have the status of people's police, staff of public institutions or national civil servants. After the employees establish labor relations, they shall be managed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the police auxiliary personnel of the public security organs.

The salary and treatment of the auxiliary police of the reserved professional nursing team shall be implemented with reference to the current treatment of the emergency team members of the State Public Security Bureau. At present, according to the relevant national policies, the monthly salary of the special combat team members of the emergency department of the State Public Security Bureau is about 3,400 yuan after deducting the individual contributions of "five insurances and one gold".

3. Carry the Personal Handbook for the Prevention and Control of COVID-19, a police assistant recruited by Qiandongnan Public Security Bureau for the society in 2022, which meets the relevant requirements of this implementation plan and annexes 3 and 4 on epidemic prevention and control.

(3) Physical fitness assessment
Candidates whose height and eyesight meet the standard participate in physical fitness assessment.
Physical fitness assessment items are: men's 1000m running (eligibility criteria: under 30 years old ≤4 minutes and 25 seconds, over 365,438 years old +0 years old ≤4 minutes and 35 seconds), and women's 800m running (eligibility criteria: under 30 years old ≤4 minutes and 20 seconds, 36,544). The deadline for age calculation is 2000.
Physical fitness assessment should be conducted on the spot, and a conclusion on whether it is qualified should be made on the spot, which should be signed by the candidates for confirmation. If the candidates refuse to sign for it, the supervisors and staff shall sign for it. Candidates' applications for re-examination after the event will not be accepted. In the physical fitness assessment, candidates who have objections or reports on their own or others' physical fitness assessment results must raise them with the competent leaders present during the assessment process. Candidates' applications for raising objections or reporting problems afterwards will not be accepted. Candidates who pass the physical fitness assessment enter the written test and print the written test admission ticket in the registration system.

(5) Qualification examination
1. Qualification examination is carried out under the unified organization of "Recruitment Leading Group Office". According to the information filled in and printed by the applicants on the Internet, the qualifications are examined and confirmed according to the recruitment plan and the qualifications required by the recruitment position.
2. Qualification requirements: According to the written test results, the list of qualified examiners shall be determined according to the ratio of 1:3. If the test scores of the last candidate of the written test personnel are tied (calculated to two decimal places according to the "rounding method"), they will also participate in the qualification review.
(1) Applicants must bring the following materials to participate in the qualification review, which should be true and accurate. If there is fraud, once verified, its qualification will be cancelled.

(3) Applicants should register according to the conditions and requirements stipulated in the recruitment plan, and provide true and effective registration materials. If the materials provided are inconsistent with the conditions and requirements required for applying for the post or are fraudulent, once verified, the examination and employment qualifications will be cancelled, and all losses caused to the candidates themselves will be borne by the candidates themselves.
(4) The applicant shall ensure that the telephone number left is accurate and smooth. If the phone number left by the candidate is inaccurate or the exam cannot be contacted, the responsibility shall be borne by the candidate himself.
(5) If the proportion of candidates who enter the interview is less than 1:3 due to the failure of qualification review, violation of discipline, abandonment of examination, etc., the candidates will be replenished in turn according to their scores, and their examination scores will be tied (according to the rounding method, they will be retained to two decimal places), and they will also participate in the qualification review. If the recruiting unit can't contact the re-examination replacement personnel within 24 hours, it will be deemed that the replacement personnel will give up automatically.
(VI) At the time of registration, the planned number of recruits and applicants for the recruitment position reached 1:3 or above, but all candidates who took the written test entered the position where the proportion of interviewers did not reach 1:3 (excluding 1:3) due to reasons such as height, poor eyesight, unqualified physical fitness assessment, absence from the written test, violation of discipline and abstention.
Those who pass the qualification review will be publicized on the website of Qiandongnan Public Security Bureau () for 3 days.
Qualification examination runs through the whole process of open recruitment. If any link fails to meet the qualification conditions, the qualification for entering the next link will be cancelled.
3. Those who have passed the qualification review will issue an interview admission ticket. (Release time will be notified separately)
(6) Interview and comprehensive results
1. Interview
The interview is organized and implemented by the "Recruitment Leading Group Office". For details, please refer to the interview admission ticket (please pay attention to the website of Qiandongnan Public Security Bureau when collecting the interview admission ticket).
The interview mainly examines the applicant's adaptability to the position to be recruited. The interview was conducted in a structured way. Candidates who enter the interview are qualified personnel who have been publicized without objection. The interview results are calculated according to the percentage system. Candidates who have not participated in the interview or whose interview results are invalid will be disqualified from entering the next link.
Interview candidates must hold the interview admission ticket and their valid ID card (second generation) (or their valid temporary ID card) at the same time before entering the examination room to participate in the interview.
2. Comprehensive score calculation
Candidates' comprehensive scores are calculated according to the percentage system.
The written test and interview scores are converted according to the percentage system, that is, the comprehensive test scores of candidates = written test scores ×40%+ interview scores ×60%. The written test, interview scores and comprehensive scores are rounded to two decimal places.
(7) Physical examination
Candidates who take part in the physical examination shall be determined according to the ratio of the number of positions to be recruited 1: 1 and the total score from high to low. If the total score of the last candidate in the same position is tied, it is determined that the person with the highest interview score is the physical examination object. If the interview results are the same, re-interview and determine the person with the highest re-examination results as the physical examination object. Those who fail the physical examination are not listed as the objects of investigation. If the position is vacant due to unqualified medical examination or abandonment of candidates, it will be filled in turn according to the total score.
Under the unified organization of the "Recruitment Leading Group", a physical examination was conducted in the designated general hospital and a physical examination conclusion was issued. Other physical examination conclusions and appraisal will not be recognized.
Physical examination standards refer to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (People's Republic of China (PRC) Ministry issued [2005] 1No.) and the Notice on Amending the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Operating Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security issued1No.6). 8. Investigation
The object of inspection is qualified personnel. With reference to the Notice of the Ministry of Public Security on Printing and Distributing the Measures for Political Investigation of Public Security Organs' Employment of People's Police (G.T.Z. [2020]11No.) and the relevant regulations of Guizhou Province, if one of the conditions listed in the recruitment plan or other conditions determined by the recruitment leading group cannot be employed, the investigation conclusion is unqualified.
If the inspection is unqualified or abandoned, there will be vacancies, and the medical examination personnel will be replaced according to the total score, and the qualified medical examination personnel will be inspected.
(9) Publicity and signing of labor contracts
Candidates who have passed the physical fitness assessment, written examination, interview, physical examination and investigation are identified as candidates to be hired, and those who have no objection are publicized for 5 working days, and the Qiandongnan Public Security Bureau signs a labor contract with them for a period of 3 years and a probation period of 3 months. Those who fail to pass the probation examination terminate the labor contract.
