Eping Power Station started construction in June 2000, the first unit was put into operation in April 2000, and the second unit was put into operation in May 2000. Subsequently, the project was stopped.

After the project is put into normal use, it can not only reduce the flood peak and bring into play the flood control benefits, but also effectively peak-shaving and dry electricity.
We will take this project acceptance as an opportunity and take Scientific Outlook on Development as a guide to do a good job in the production and operation of power stations that have been put into operation, the construction of power stations under construction and the development of the company's production scale, and make positive contributions to local economic construction and social development.

Our company has been working hard with the aim of "contributing to _ _ and seeking welfare for the masses". As the main body of BT project financing, actively raising highway construction funds not only ensures the normal construction, but also creates a new highway investment model led by the government, supported by superiors and operated by enterprises in the market.
Since the project started in March, 2000, it has been highly valued by the district committee and government. The leaders of the district party committee and the district government visited the site for many times, and the deputy district head in charge of transportation personally took the lead, regularly dispatched and worked on site, which greatly encouraged the morale of all builders and created a good construction environment for the project construction. When the Party came, the leaders and experts of the Municipal Acceptance Committee came to the site to carry out the completion acceptance of the Central Yunnan Expressway, which was a long-awaited event for us in Central Yunnan. Today, after careful examination by leaders and experts, the Yunnan-China Expressway successfully passed the completion acceptance. It can be said that this satisfies a wish of our loyal people. Here, on behalf of all employees of Dianzhong Company, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the leaders and experts of the Acceptance Committee for their hard work and efforts in the acceptance of Dianzhong Expressway! I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the Chongqing Municipal Government, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Communications Commission and relevant departments for their strong support and concern for our company over the years.
As we all know, the Yunnan-Central Expressway is a section of the Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway in Chongqing, starting from Zhongxian County in Chongqing and ending at Mingyue Mountain at the junction of Sichuan and Chongqing, with a total length of 75. 168 km. The construction of this project officially started on October 20th, 2000 165438, which lasted for three years and was completed on February 28th, 2000. The completion and opening to traffic of this project ended the history that there was no expressway in Zhongxian County, shortened the driving time from the main city of Chongqing to Zhongxian County from 5 hours to less than 2 hours, and played a positive role in building a rapid transportation network in eastern Chongqing, increasing Chongqing's economic radiation, and driving and promoting the economic development of eastern Chongqing, western Hubei and even the whole western region.
However, because the company's request to the Ministry of Environmental Protection was not approved, the Yunnan-China Expressway has never been completed and accepted since it was put into operation. Therefore, for many years, expressway in central Yunnan has been put into use without completion and acceptance, which has failed to give full play to the comprehensive functions and benefits of expressway in central Yunnan, and also affected and restricted expressway in central Yunnan to play a better role to some extent.
The completion and acceptance of the Yunnan-China Expressway has always touched the hearts of leaders of relevant departments directly under the municipal government, such as the Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the Municipal Communications Commission. In the process of organizing the completion acceptance, leaders at all levels in Chongqing actively helped to coordinate and solve various difficulties and problems, communicated and coordinated the relationship between various departments, and did a lot of work for the completion acceptance. Today, the successful completion and acceptance of the Central Yunnan Expressway project is a great event and a happy event for us in Central Yunnan.
