The Standard for Urban Environmental Noise (GB/T 3096-20 15) stipulates the measurement, calculation method and evaluation standard of noise, and divides environmental noise into four categories: community noise, industrial noise, traffic noise and construction noise. According to the standard, the allowable value of random single equivalent sound level in urban community area should be less than 55 decibels during the day and less than 50 decibels at night. And the allowable sound level difference between day and night should not exceed 10 dB.
For construction sites, noise standards are more stringent. The Technical Code for Noise of Building Engineering (JGJ /T 184-20 16) stipulates the allowable standard limits of different types of noise in the construction site. Among them, according to the noise around the construction site and the characteristics of noise receivers, the construction noise is divided into three grades: mild, moderate and severe. Under these three noise levels, the specification specifies the corresponding noise limit standards, as shown in the following table:
| Slight noise |75/80|90/95|
| Moderate noise |75/80|85/90|
| High noise |70/75|80/85|
It should be noted that the noise at the construction site is of great magnitude and destructive. If the construction noise is not restricted, it will seriously affect the quality of life and health of nearby residents. The construction unit shall follow the relevant standards and take reasonable control measures to reduce the impact of noise on the surrounding environment.
To sum up, the noise standard limit of the second-level constructor needs to be controlled according to the relevant national standards to ensure the public's health and quality of life. All construction units should actively take measures to use noise reduction equipment, rationally plan the project progress, reduce the construction noise, and control the noise according to relevant codes and standards to ensure the tranquility of the surrounding environment and the quality of life of residents.
