capgemini

I've been going crazy recently, but I still need to take some time to talk about the only company I've ever had a written test and an interview with.

Capgemini Consulting, to tell you the truth, I really feel like a frog in the well. I didn't even know there was such an industry as consulting, and no one around me talked about it. From the McKinsey presentation I heard from Nantah, I voted for Capgemini and gained a lot. But McKinsey, I only have hope and sigh.

Later, I submitted nearly ten resumes in Yingcai.com for some time, and received two replies. One was from China Mobile, but it was believed that the position in Nanjing was full, so I decided to transfer to other areas in Jiangsu. Hehe, I still gave up the cow company that held more than 2000 written tests at Nanjing International Exhibition Center. I never like to join in the fun. The other is from Capgemini. Because I missed its lecture in Nantah, I have no idea about the written test, and I don't know the technology or logic of the test. I was unprepared and unable to prepare, so I entered the examination room.

I feel very calm. I haven't taken the exam for years. I wonder how the exam went. I just looked at the questions and answered them. The test papers are all in English. The first part is the database, which is basically some complex nested SQL statements, and some uncommon ones have also been tested. The second part is logic, and the results of the program can be filled in C and Java. . The third part is Chinese-English translation; The fourth part is English translation. At that time, it seemed that the social division of labor didn't know how to translate. The fifth part is an essay, the topic is what products you will sell on campus, reasons, analysis and so on.

I don't know how long it took, but I received an interview notice from Capgemini.

10:40 Take a temporary leave during the interview (I didn't want to be afraid of the English interview at first). /kloc-0: 00 left the company and wandered around Nantah, and finally found the employment guidance center. The interview is divided into two rounds, about 50 minutes. The content of the two interviewers is the same, both are standard questions, and they do not involve technology, and some English questions are added in the middle. For example, career planning, expected salary, work place, greatest success, projects done, whether girls are weak in skills, whether there are other offer, the general employment direction of our major and so on. I don't think it's anything special. I'm telling the truth, with no special consideration.
