(A) full-time colleges and universities have a college degree or above the shortage of professionals.
1. Have a full-time professional college degree (under 35 years old), work in Hangzhou, live for 1 year and pay social insurance continuously 1 year and above (excluding supplementary payment);
2. Have a full-time undergraduate degree (45 years old and below), work in Hangzhou, live in 1 year and pay social insurance continuously 1 year and above (excluding supplementary payment);
3. Full-time postgraduate students (50 years old and below) and full-time doctoral students (55 years old and below) in colleges and universities can enjoy the policy of "settle down first, then get employed".
(B) High-skilled personnel settled down
1.45 persons under the age of 45 with professional qualification of technician (second-class technician) or above;
High-skilled personnel under the age of 2.35 who meet the senior vocational qualification certificate of the occupation (type of work) catalogue that was in short supply in our city (level 3 technician);
3. Graduates from senior technical schools in our city who have obtained senior vocational qualification certificates.
4. Among them, 1 and 2 types of personnel need to work in Hangzhou for 5 years and have housing in Hangzhou, and the third type of personnel need to work in Hangzhou.
(three) the introduction and settlement of professional and technical qualifications at or above the intermediate level
1. Those with intermediate titles (under 45 years old) who have completed their work in Hangzhou, lived in Hangzhou for 1 year and paid social insurance for 1 year and above (excluding supplementary payment) can apply for talent introduction and settlement.
2. Those with professional and technical titles above subtropical high school (under 50 years old in subtropical high school and under 55 years old in Gaozheng school) may apply for introducing talents to settle down.
