Responsible for the general registration, initial registration, change registration, transfer registration, cancellation registration, replacement and acceptance of houses within the jurisdiction.
Responsible for the registration of real estate mortgage loans and the cancellation of real estate mortgage registration within the jurisdiction.
Responsible for the collection, sorting, registration and filing of real estate surveying and mapping achievements, ownership transfer registration files, change registration files, mortgage registration files, cancellation registration files and words, charts and audio-visual materials with preservation value directly formed in the process of real estate management.
