The process for an enterprise to apply for an ICP license is:
1. Enterprises should first fill in an application online and build a corresponding website;
2. After submitting the application, the enterprise shall prepare the application materials and submit relevant materials;
3. Waiting for the Communications Administration to review the materials submitted by the enterprise;
4. The Communication Administration issued a notice of acceptance and submitted it to the relevant audit department for review;
5. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology shall make an examination and approval decision within 40-60 working days after accepting it. If it fails, it will notify the enterprise in writing and explain the reasons;
6. Verify the school inspection and get the certificate.
Enterprises applying for ICP license shall meet the following conditions:
