According to several court judgments, from 20 18 to 20 19, nine employees of Contemporary Ampere Technology Co., Ltd. joined Wuxi Tian Hong and Baoding Yixin respectively to provide services for Honeycomb Energy, a competitor of Contemporary Ampere Technology Co., Ltd. The court found that Wuxi Tian Hong and Baoding Yixin were related parties of Honeycomb Energy. Contemporary Anpu Technology Co., Ltd. believes that these nine people have violated the Confidentiality and Non-competition Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Non-competition Agreement) signed with them, so they are required to pay a penalty of 6,543,800 yuan.
