(1) Income is 2730 yuan/person-month;
(2) The average monthly income of a two-person family is 2503 yuan/person/month;
(3) The average monthly income of a family of three (including a family of three) is 2275 yuan/person/month.
3. The per capita housing construction area of the applicant's family is lower than the corresponding standard stipulated by the municipal government. (The per capita housing construction area of the family is less than17m2);
4. Applicants and their family members shall not apply for housing donation and transfer within 3 years (the housing construction area exceeds the corresponding standards stipulated by the municipal government);
5. Applicants and their family members who purchase non-operating vehicles with commercial and residential prices higher than 6.5438+0.5 million yuan may not apply;
6. Applicants and their family members who own non-operating vehicles with a purchase price of more than 6.5438+0.5 million yuan may not apply;
7. If the applicant and his family members own the company or investment shares, and the registered capital exceeds 6,543,800 yuan+0.5 million yuan, they may not apply;
8. If the applicant or family member divorces, involves the disposal of real estate and has not remarried, the divorce time shall be six months;
9. Single (unmarried divorced, widowed and single) applicants should be over 25 years old (affordable housing), over 22 years old (price-limited housing) and not more than 70 years old. Students and active military personnel cannot be used as candidates;
