I. Description of classification
(1) Children of public security martyrs, public security heroes and public security policemen who died in the line of duty and were disabled in the line of duty; Candidates for children of soldiers (including armed police and national comprehensive fire rescue team personnel).
These two items are reviewed and reported by the military sub-districts (garrison areas, fire rescue teams), public security organs and other departments step by step, and then reported to the Provincial Department of Education after being reviewed by relevant provincial departments, and forwarded by the Provincial Department of Education to the municipal education department under the jurisdiction of candidates.
Parents are not required to submit application materials to the education department.
(2) Returned overseas Chinese and their relatives candidates: A Letter of Proof for Returned Overseas Chinese Candidates and a personal integrity statement are required to be submitted to the education department. This is decided by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office outside the city.
(3) The only child in rural areas and the children of family planning families with two daughters, who belong to urban areas, will be given 10 when they apply for Huanbei Middle School, Development Zone High School and Longan High School.
It is necessary to submit the first page of the household registration book, the parents' page and the examinee's own page to the education department first.
This item has been recognized by the municipal and district health and wellness committees. The declaration and appraisal procedures are as follows:
1. Candidates who intend to apply for urban and rural hukou in Huanbei Middle School, Development Zone Senior High School and Long 'an Senior High School fill out the Qualification Examination Form for Children of Rural Family Planning Families in Anyang City (hereinafter referred to as the Qualification Examination Form).
Parents go to the village and township level for inspection, and finally to the district health and health commission for inspection. After passing the examination, submit the required documents to the District Health and Wellness Committee.
At the beginning of May, parents of students can go to the District Health and Health Committee to retrieve the materials.
2. Submit the original materials to the District Health and Health Commission.
The only-child family needs to provide: the honor certificate of the only-child parents, the household registration book, and the identity cards of the person and parents.
Family planning families with two female households need to provide: household registration book, identity cards of themselves and their parents, legal birth certificate of the second child, and sterilization certificate.
3. Time for District Health Committee to collect materials: April 18 to 22.
(4) Minority candidates: This item is subject to the verification of household registration information of the public security department. For the convenience of individual and sporadic candidates, minority candidates and their parents do not need to submit application materials.
(5) Persons with honorary titles of courageous acts and their children: in accordance with the Notice of the General Office of the People's Government of Henan Province on Forwarding the Opinions of the Provincial Civil Affairs Department and other departments on Strengthening the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Courageous Persons (No.90 [2013]).

Third, in order to strictly implement the relevant requirements for epidemic prevention and control, and facilitate individual candidates who meet the care conditions outside the city to submit applications, the Municipal Education Bureau will no longer arrange to receive paper materials.
