Liu Heng, a pioneer architect and urban designer, is from Guangzhou. Founder/Chief Architect of Nansha Original Architecture Studio in Hong Kong; Associate Professor Peking University, Ph.D. in Design, Harvard University, Master of Architecture, University of California, Berkeley, USA; He is also the planning and design director of Nansha New Town of Hong Kong Fok Ying Tung Foundation, and is responsible for the planning and development of Nansha New Town in Guangzhou.
