Introduction of Shengsi Bidding Center?

According to the Notice of Zhoushan Municipal Party Committee Office and Zhoushan Municipal People's Government Office on Printing and Distributing (Zhoushan Municipal Party Committee Office [2013] No.68) and the Notice of Shengsi County People's Government Office on the Establishment and Adjustment of Shengsi County's Internal Organizations (Shengsi Office [2013] No.65), we now invite our county to conduct bidding.

I. Main responsibilities

(a) to implement the laws, regulations and policies of the state and higher government departments on bidding, and to formulate and implement various internal management systems.

(two) to accept all kinds of contract applications in accordance with the law, and to release the information of trading activities such as bidding transactions of construction projects, land use rights transactions, property rights transactions, government procurement, etc.

(three) organize and cooperate with the construction project transactions, land use rights transactions, property rights transactions, government procurement and other trading activities.

(four) responsible for the verification of the access qualifications of the two parties to the transaction and other bidding agencies entering the center, the registration of traders, and the issuance of trading certificates.

(five) to collect and publish the relevant bidding policies and regulations, and establish the information network of bidders, suppliers, bidding agencies and commodity prices.

(six) responsible for the construction and management of the evaluation expert database, and participate in the evaluation of the evaluation experts.

(seven) to provide places, information, technical advice and related services for all parties to the transaction, and to maintain the trading order of the center.

(eight) to collect relevant fees in accordance with the regulations, and to collect the deposit (credit) related to bidding.

(nine) responsible for the statistical analysis of bidding activities and the filing of relevant information.

(ten) to complete other matters assigned by the county examination and approval service and bidding management office.
