Second, life expectancy. It is when the product can be used normally. Including service life and storage life. Service life is the total working time for a product to meet the specified functional requirements under specified conditions. Storage life refers to the total storage time when the function of the product does not fail under specified conditions. Drugs have strict regulations in this regard.
Third, reliability. It is the ability of the product to complete the specified function in the specified time and under the specified conditions. Especially for mechanical and electrical products, reliability is one of the important quantitative indicators in the use process.
Fourth, safety. It is to ensure the safety of products in circulation and use. Usually, the requirements are particularly strict, and the key characteristics are valued and need absolute guarantee.
Fifth, the economy. It is the total cost of product life cycle, including production cost and use cost.
Sixth, the appearance quality. Generally refers to appearance, aesthetics, modeling, style, color, packaging and so on.

Article 14 The state implements the enterprise quality system certification system in accordance with internationally accepted quality management standards. Enterprises may, on a voluntary basis, apply for enterprise quality system certification to a certification body recognized by the product quality supervision department of the State Council or the department authorized by the product quality supervision department of the State Council. After passing the certification, the certification body will issue the enterprise quality system certification certificate.
Referring to the international advanced product standards and technical requirements, the state promotes the product quality certification system. Enterprises may, on a voluntary basis, apply for product quality certification to a certification body recognized by the product quality supervision department of the State Council or the department authorized by the product quality supervision department of the State Council. After passing the certification, the certification body will issue a product quality certification certificate, allowing enterprises to use the product quality certification mark on the product or its packaging.
Article 15 The state implements a product quality supervision and inspection system with spot checks as the main method, and conducts spot checks on products that may endanger human health and personal and property safety, important industrial products that affect the national economy and people's livelihood, and products with quality problems reported by consumers and relevant organizations. Sampling samples should be randomly selected from the products sold in the market or the finished product warehouse of the enterprise. The supervision and spot check work is planned and organized by the product quality supervision department of the State Council. Local product quality supervision departments at or above the county level may also organize supervision and spot checks within their respective administrative areas. Where there are other provisions in the Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Law, those provisions shall prevail.
Where the products are subject to state supervision and spot checks, local authorities shall not conduct spot checks separately; Products that are supervised and spot-checked by superiors shall not be spot-checked by subordinates.
According to the needs of supervision and spot checks, products can be inspected. The number of samples taken for inspection shall not exceed the reasonable needs of inspection, and inspection fees shall not be charged to the inspected. The inspection fees required for supervision and spot check shall be paid according to the regulations of the State Council.
Producers and sellers who have objections to the results of spot checks may apply to the product quality supervision department or its superior product quality supervision department for re-inspection within 15 days from the date of receiving the inspection results, and the product quality supervision department that accepts the re-inspection will make a re-inspection conclusion.
