Heqing Wenbi Pagoda, also known as Suo Long Ta, is located at the top of Pianjiao Village (or hedi village) in Jindun Township, about 10 km south of Heqing County, Dali Prefecture. County-level cultural relics protection units.
Dali Heqing Wenbi Pagoda was built by Zhou Zan, the magistrate, during the Qin Long period of Ming Dynasty (1567- 1572).
