Bozhou land use tax standard

1, first-class land 12 yuan/㎡. The scope of expropriation is the urban core area, including the south of the Wohe River, the north of Du Yao Avenue, the east of the West First Ring Road and the west of the railway.

2. Second class 10 yuan/㎡. The scope of collection is the Municipal Economic Development Zone, Wu Bo Modern Industrial Park and Bozhou Industrial Park (now renamed Bozhou Qiaocheng Economic Development Zone, the same below).

3. Third-class 8 yuan/㎡. The collection scope covers the urban areas, municipal economic development zones, Bowu Modern Industrial Park and Bozhou Industrial Park outside the above-mentioned core areas.
