Standardization of inland river ship types. Application of recycling technology of traffic building materials. Carry out demonstration activities of traffic circular economy and vigorously promote the recycling of asphalt and cement concrete pavement materials; Application of waste tire rubber powder modified asphalt in road construction: application of industrial wastes such as fly ash, slag and coal gangue in traffic construction projects.

Technical transformation and application of energy saving and emission reduction in highway tunnels. Actively carry out the pilot work of tunnel energy-saving lighting, systematically sum up the implementation experience of the pilot project, compile the Detailed Rules for Ventilation and Lighting Design of Highway Tunnels, revise and improve the technical specifications related to highway tunnel lighting, and encourage new tunnels to adopt technical specifications and products related to highway tunnel lighting with mature technology and reliable functions. For the tunnel in use, according to the service life of the existing lighting lamps, the scheme of replacing energy-saving lamps in stages and batches is formulated, the tunnel green lighting project is implemented, and LED and other energy-saving lamps with long service life and reliable functions are popularized and applied. Organize the demonstration and popularization of tunnel ventilation and lighting control technology, intelligent linkage control technology of tunnel group and adjacent tunnels and networked control system. Technical transformation of energy saving and emission reduction in expressway service area and expressway toll station. 7. Green port and shipping construction projects

Promote RTG "oil to electricity" in container terminals, and implement the technical transformation of 1600 RTGs with transformation value. Promote the use of shore power by ships docked at ports. Encourage new docks and ships to support the construction of equipment and facilities for berthing ships to use shore power, and encourage existing docks to carry out technical transformation of berthing ships to use shore power, and ships to use shore power.
