D 1 technical director of design unit
The person in charge of the design work of the design unit shall be the person in charge who has relevant professional knowledge of pressure vessels or pressure pipelines, understands the relevant provisions of laws, regulations, safety technical specifications and standards, and can make correct decisions on major technical issues.
D2 pressure vessel design approver or pressure pipeline design approver
(1) Engaged in the professional work, and has relatively comprehensive technical knowledge of corresponding design;
(2) Be able to correctly apply relevant laws and regulations, safety technical specifications and standards, and organize and guide designers at all levels to implement them;
(3) Familiar with the corresponding design work and related technical development at home and abroad, with comprehensive analysis and judgment ability, and able to make correct decisions on key technical issues;
(4) More than 3 years of relevant design audit experience;
(5) Having a senior technical title;
(6) Pass the professional examination of pressure vessel design reviewer or hold the qualification certificate of pressure pipeline design reviewer.
D3 auditor
(1) Be able to seriously implement the relevant national technical guidelines and policies, have a strong sense of responsibility, have comprehensive technical knowledge of the corresponding design, and ensure the design quality;
(two) to guide designers and verifiers to correctly implement relevant laws and regulations, safety technical specifications and standards, and to solve technical problems in design, installation and production;
(3) Have the ability to review computer design;
(4) Having more than 3 years of corresponding design verification experience;
(five) with intermediate or above technical titles;
(6) Pass the professional examination of pressure vessel design reviewer or hold the qualification certificate of pressure pipeline design reviewer.
D4 tester
(1) Be able to use relevant laws and regulations, safety technical specifications and standards to guide designers' design work;
(2) Have corresponding design expertise, have corresponding design results of pressure vessels or pressure pipelines and have been put into manufacture and use;
(3) Have computer design ability;
(4) Have more than 3 years of corresponding design experience;
(5) Having a technical title above junior level (including junior level).
D5 designer
(1) has certain corresponding design expertise;
(2) Implement relevant laws and regulations, safety technical specifications and standards;
(3) Be able to independently complete the design work under the guidance of auditors, and be able to use computers for design;
(4) Have primary (including primary) technical titles and more than one year of design experience.
Special conditions for designers at all levels of D6 pressure vessel SAD level
(1) Bachelor degree or above in pressure vessel related major;
(2) Having more than two years' experience in conventional design of pressure vessels;
(3) Have professional knowledge of stress analysis including finite element method;
(4) Be able to independently complete the corresponding analysis, design and check work, use a computer to analyze and calculate the stress, and evaluate the analysis results according to the standards.
