(1) Application conditions for tourist endorsement

(2) Provisions on tourist endorsement

To apply for Hong Kong, you can issue an endorsement once every three months, twice every three months, once every 1 year and twice every 1 year, and each stay in Hong Kong will not exceed 7 days; For urban residents who have been allowed to implement the pilot policy of "individual tour" for many times and meet the conditions stipulated by the Ministry of Public Security, they can issue multiple endorsements of 1 year according to relevant regulations, and each stay in Hong Kong will not exceed 7 days. To apply for going to Macao, an endorsement can be issued every three months and once every 1 year, and each stay in Macao should not exceed 7 days.

(2) Group Travel Endorsement (L)

To apply for Hong Kong, you can issue an endorsement once every three months, twice every three months, once every 1 year and twice every 1 year, and each stay in Hong Kong will not exceed 7 days; Under special circumstances stipulated by the Exit-Entry Administration of the Ministry of Public Security, an endorsement may be issued every three months, and each stay in Hong Kong shall not exceed three days. To apply for going to Macao, an endorsement can be issued every three months and once every 1 year, and each stay in Macao should not exceed 7 days.

Treatment process

Applicants can make an appointment online in advance (), or apply directly to the site, and fill out the Application Form for Entry and Exit Certificates of China Citizens as required.

(2) Go to the registration hall

Bring your ID card (if you have a residence permit outside Jinan, you should also bring your residence permit) to the registration hall. If there are many people, queue up for the number first, and then take digital photos first. From February 18, all entry-exit acceptance windows of public security in the city will provide free entry-exit certificate photography services for applicants (excluding printing paper photos, which will be paid extra).

(3) Accepting applications

The staff will conduct a preliminary examination of the materials submitted by the applicant, collect or verify fingerprints (left and right thumbs) under the guidance of the staff, and issue a bill to the applicant. (If you choose to pick up items by mail or self-service machine, please check when filling out the form. )

(4) Pay the expenses

The applicant uses WeChat or Alipay to scan the QR code on the receipt, and pays the fees required for application and endorsement, and the fee for certificate preparation is 80 yuan. The endorsement fee depends on the type of endorsement and the receipt is received.

(5) Making certificates

After accepting the application, the exit-entry administrative organ of the provincial public security organ is responsible for making the Hong Kong and Macao Pass and sending the prepared documents back to the exit-entry administrative organ that accepted the application.

(6) Issuing certificates

After the applicant completes the preparation of documents, he/she will go to the entry-exit administration office to get the documents; If you choose to receive the goods by express delivery, you can choose to mail the documents when you make an appointment or apply for a certificate, just wait for the courier to come to the door to sign for it. If you choose the self-service machine to pick up your documents, you can pick up your documents at the self-service machine in the entry and exit hall.

Processing time limit and cost

(1) Time limit for processing

(1) The application and endorsement of the Travel Permit between Hong Kong and Macao should be completed within 7 working days.

(2) If the applicant applies for endorsement again with a valid travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao, it will be settled within 7 working days.

(4) The time required for verification and mailing certificates in different places is not included in the working time limit.
