2. Excellent doctoral students introduced by employers of high-tech industries, excellent innovation and entrepreneurship teams, municipal universities and medical and health institutions in this Municipality do not account for the introduction index.
3, meet one of the following conditions of graduates, can directly handle the introduction procedures, not accounting for the introduction of indicators:
1, a graduate whose parents are staff members of Beijing Branch and have immediate family members to take care of in this city;
2. Graduates whose parents are educated youth in Beijing and have immediate family members to take care of in this city;
3. Graduates whose parents have transferred to Beijing and have permanent residence in this city during their school days.
Second, education and age restrictions.
1, the introduction of fresh graduates should have a postgraduate degree in principle.
2. Doctoral students are generally not over 35 years old, and master students are generally not over 27 years old. Among them, the age of graduate students introduced by education and medical and health systems is generally not more than 30 years old.
3 culture, sports system and suburban employers can appropriately introduce undergraduate graduates. The introduction of undergraduate graduates in the same year is generally not more than 24 years old. The graduate institutions are full-time ordinary universities in Beijing, first-class universities outside Beijing and first-class discipline construction universities.
Third, encourage entrepreneurship and innovation. Graduates who start their own businesses at school or during the suspension period may apply for introduction if they meet the following conditions:
1, graduates themselves are the founders or main founders of start-up enterprises;
2. When the start-up enterprise is established, the shareholding ratio of the start-up enterprise shall not be less than 10% (excluding share transfer and later shareholding);
3. Entrepreneurial enterprises belong to high-tech, cultural and creative industries supported by this Municipality, with outstanding achievements in innovation and entrepreneurship. The second way: study abroad and settle in Beijing. According to the Implementation Measures for Non-Beijing Returned Overseas Students to Apply for Employment and Settlement in Beijing (revised in February 2020, 65438), overseas students who have studied abroad for more than/kloc-0 years and obtained a master's degree or above may apply for settlement if they are under the age of 45 and choose to start a business or work in Beijing. 4. Service Center for Studying Abroad of the Ministry of Education: It can handle the employment and settlement procedures of returned overseas students in the central organs of Beijing and the organs and institutions affiliated to Beijing municipal organs and institutions (including high-tech enterprises registered in district and county industrial and commercial bureaus).
5. Employers in Beijing generally report to the examination and approval unit the demand plan for talents returning from studying abroad in the next year in1mid-October165438+February. If you want to settle down through this channel, remember not to miss this declaration time. According to the regulations, overseas students can only settle in Beijing if they submit employment and settlement procedures within two years after returning to China. Once you miss two years, you can't settle down through this channel. The third way: Postdoctoral students leave the station and settle in Beijing. According to the Notice of the Office of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee on Further Standardizing the Work of Postdoctoral Researchers and Resettlement Personnel in Beijing, which came into effect on March 19, 2009, postdoctoral personnel who meet the following conditions can apply for permanent residence in Beijing for themselves, their spouses and children:
1, postdoctoral staff must be engaged in full-time postdoctoral research, and personnel relations (including administration, salary, personnel files and social insurance) have been transferred to the station-setting unit for more than 6 months.
2. The postdoctoral staff has completed the postdoctoral withdrawal.
3. Post-doctoral personnel should establish legal labor relations with employers in Beijing and work for 6 months (social insurance personal rights and interests records and personal income tax payment certificates of not less than 6 months are required). Precautions:
1, Beijing employing units refer to state organs, enterprises, institutions, social organizations, private non-enterprise units and other units with legal personality within the administrative divisions of Beijing. The registered capital of an enterprise unit is above RMB 6,543,800+0,000 (inclusive), and the enterprise unit registered in the first-level administrative department for industry and commerce in Beijing urban area (county) is a high-tech enterprise.
