Candidates are requested to apply for Putonghua according to the Putonghua test arrangement of Chongqing Education Management School issued by our station. Please read this registration instruction carefully before registering.
First of all, about registration.
(1) application conditions
According to Article 8 of DecreeNo. 2004/2005 of the Ministry of Education. 16 "Regulations on the Management of Putonghua Proficiency Test", Putonghua test shall be managed in principle. According to relevant regulations, only candidates with Chongqing household registration, candidates from other provinces (students) studying in Chongqing and candidates from other provinces working in Chongqing can apply for Putonghua in Chongqing. Candidates from other provinces (students) who are studying in Chongqing and candidates from other provinces who are working in Chongqing can take the Putonghua test at our station only after they register at our station with the relevant certificates of their school or unit in Chongqing.
(2) Registration method
1. Registration website:
Our station only accepts registration through the "Chongqing Education Management School Putonghua Test Registration System" and does not accept registration through the "Putonghua Proficiency Test Online Registration System". Therefore, all candidates who register for Putonghua in our station (including off-campus candidates) must register online and pay online through the "Putonghua Test Registration" port in "Chongqing Education Management School" (which does not accept on-site registration fees).
2. Registration process:
Open "Chongqing Education Management School" (), and click "Putonghua Test Registration" on the homepage to enter "Chongqing Education Management School Putonghua Test Registration System". According to the "Registration Payment Time" in the table of "Putonghua Test Arrangement of Chongqing Education Management School" on the homepage of this system, online registration and online payment can be completed according to the following procedures.
① Click "Online Registration", carefully read the registration instructions for the Putonghua test in Chongqing Education Management School, and then click the "Agree" button (if the system displays "Registration End" after clicking "Online Registration", it means "Registration Not Opened" or "Registration End").
② Fill in the registration information, upload the electronic photos, and click the "Submit" button after verification.
③ After confirming that the registration information is correct, click the "Online Payment" button to complete online payment through "WeChat Payment".
(3) Registration time
The arrangement of Putonghua test in Chongqing Education Management School published by myself on the homepage of "Registration System of Putonghua Test in Chongqing Education Management School" shall prevail.
(4) Description of options
1. When registering online, our students should choose "Yes" in the "Our Students" option, and other candidates (hereinafter referred to as "Other Candidates") should choose "No" in the "Our Students" option.
2. Online registration, "our students" must pass the "Chongqing Education Management School Student Status Management System" certification, "our poor students" must pass the "Chongqing Education Management School Poor Students Management System" certification.
3. When registering online, candidates who are willing to participate in the pre-test training can choose "Yes" in the "Whether to participate in the pre-test training" option, and choose the candidates who have participated in the pre-test training to pay the training fee.
According to the relevant policies of Chongqing, poor students must apply for Putonghua in their school to avoid the examination fee.
(5) Training and testing expenses
1. Students in our school:
(1) Poor students in our school:
① Test fee: 0 yuan (free of test fee).
② Training fee: 25 yuan.
(2) Non-poor students in our school:
① Inspection fee: 25 yuan.
② Training fee: 25 yuan.
2. Other candidates:
① Test fee: 50 yuan.
② Training fee: 35 yuan.
(6) Inspection batch
Candidates can't choose their own examination time when they register online, and the examination time of candidates is randomly allocated by the registration system. After online registration, the registration system will randomly assign the successful candidates to these test batches this month according to the Putonghua test arrangement of Chongqing Education Management School issued by our station (note: each behavior in the Putonghua test arrangement of Chongqing Education Management School has a test batch, and each test batch corresponds to a test time). Which test batch the candidates are assigned to is subject to the test time on the admission ticket.
(7) mailing certificates
1. In order to facilitate candidates to receive Putonghua certificates, our station provides certificate mailing service for candidates. Candidates are advised to choose the certificate as far as possible when registering online (postage paid). Candidates who need to mail certificates, please select "Yes" in the column of "Whether to mail certificates" when registering online, and fill in the "Certificate Mail Information" accurately; Candidates who don't need to mail the certificate, please select "No" in the column of "Whether to mail the certificate" when registering online.
2. In order to ensure that the certificate can be delivered to the recipient in time, please reserve two different contact numbers in the "Certificate Mailing Information" (please fill in the recipient's mobile phone for the contact number "1" and the family or friend's mobile phone for the "contact number 2"), so that the courier can contact the candidates in time through the reserved family or friend's mobile phone when the recipient cannot be contacted.
3. Our station will issue certificates according to the certificate collection method selected by candidates when registering online. When they register, they choose to mail the certificate according to the certificate mailing information filled in by the candidates. Candidates who do not choose to mail the certificate at the time of registration must come to our station to collect the certificate in person.
4. Candidates who choose the mailing certificate must ensure that the telephone number of the recipient is accurate and keep the phone open. If the mail cannot be delivered due to the wrong phone number of the recipient or the phone is down, all the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves.
5. Candidates who choose to mail certificates refuse prepaid Putonghua certificates without justifiable reasons, and the courier company has the right to handle the mail by itself in accordance with relevant regulations and report the rejection list to our station for the record, and our station will not reissue the certificates.
(eight) print the admission ticket
1. After successful registration and payment, candidates should print the admission ticket online according to the "Printing Time of Admission Ticket" in the table of "Putonghua Test Arrangement of Chongqing Education Management School" published on the "Home Page" of this registration system (the admission ticket of candidates is generated one day before the "Printing Time of Admission Ticket").
2. If the admission ticket is not printed within the "Admission Ticket Printing Time", please contact our station in time to check the registration payment information.
3. If candidates fail to print the admission ticket at the "Admission Ticket Printing Time", they will miss the examination time and cannot take the Putonghua test this month. At your own risk, the training examination fee is not refundable.
(9) Registration reminder
1. Remember your password so that you can modify the registration information and print the admission ticket. Candidates can modify their registration information online before paying fees. Once the payment is successful, all registration information cannot be modified.
2. Candidates' registration information must be true, accurate and complete, otherwise the consequences will be at your own risk. When registering, you should upload an electronic photo (electronic photo requirements: bareheaded ID photo, photo length-width ratio of 390×567 pixels, photo size within 20kb, jpg format). Please click "Photo Processing Tool Download" on the right side of "Upload Photos" and process the photos before uploading.
3. Due to the nationwide networking of the Putonghua test system, candidates cannot register in the online registration system of Putonghua proficiency test and the registration system of Putonghua test of Chongqing Education Management School at the same time.
(1) If the candidates have registered in the online registration system of Putonghua Proficiency Test and have not paid the fee, in this case, the candidates must delete their registration information in the online registration system of Putonghua Proficiency Test before they can register in our station (deletion method: enter the online registration system of Putonghua Proficiency Test, click "Registration Query" on the left side of "College Testing Station", enter their name and ID number, and then click "Delete".
(2) If the candidates have registered in the online registration system of Putonghua Proficiency Test and paid the fees, and the examination process has not yet ended, the candidates cannot register and pay the fees at our station. Otherwise, our station can't generate an admission ticket for the candidates, and you can't take the exam without generating an admission ticket.
4. When candidates apply for Putonghua at our station, they cannot generate an admission ticket in the national Putonghua proficiency test information management system for the following reasons. If they cannot take the Putonghua test at our station, the candidates will be responsible for it themselves, and the training and testing fees will not be refunded.
① Candidates have the information of "registered but not paid" in the online registration system of Putonghua Proficiency Test.
② Candidates have information such as "registered and paid" and "the examination process is not over yet" in the online registration system of Putonghua proficiency test.
5. Candidates who are unable to take the Putonghua test because their ID card information is inconsistent with the registration information shall be responsible by themselves, and the training and testing fee will not be refunded.
6. Candidates can only sign up for the next Putonghua test after the last Putonghua test and the results come out.
7. Only after the online payment is completed can the registration be considered successful, and the candidates who have completed the online payment before the registration end are eligible to take the exam.
8. Before paying online, please read this registration notice carefully and pay after careful consideration. There is no refund after payment.
Second, about the exam.
(1) examination certificate
Candidates are required to bring the original ID card and admission ticket during the examination, and candidates with household registration in other provinces are also required to show (or hand in) the relevant certificates of their school or unit in Chongqing (as follows). If the examination documents are not uniform, the candidates will be responsible for the consequences themselves, and the training fees and testing fees will not be refunded.
1. Candidates with Chongqing household registration must present their ID cards and the original admission tickets during the examination.
2. Candidates from other provinces (students) studying in Chongqing must present their original ID card, admission ticket and original student ID card of the school studying in Chongqing during the examination.
3. Candidates from other provinces who work in Chongqing must present their ID cards and original admission tickets during the examination, and submit the original proof of working in Chongqing.
(1) The work certificate must have the candidate's name, ID number and company employees.
(2) The work certificate must be stamped with the fresh seal of Chongqing work unit (the copy is invalid).
(3) A work certificate, one for each person, which will be handed over to the staff of our station when collecting information on the day of the exam.
(2) Training arrangement
On the day of the exam, the candidates who have chosen to train will be trained at 9:00- 1 1:00 in Room 603, the training building of our school.
(3) instructions for waiting for the exam
1. Candidates who choose to be trained when registering, please come to the "training office" on the 6th floor of the training building of our school with the admission ticket at 9: 00-1:00 on the day of the exam, and wait in line at the "sign-in desk" after the training.
2. Candidates who did not choose training at the time of registration should wait in line at the "sign-in desk" on the 6th floor of the training building of our school at 9:00- 15:00 on the day of the examination.
(4) Exam notes
1. The examination time is subject to the admission ticket, and candidates can only take the examination during the period marked with the date in the "Examination Time" column of the admission ticket.
2. Candidates should wait in line at Room 604, Training Building of our school at 9:00- 15:00 on the day of the examination according to the "examination time" on the admission ticket (first come first served). Those who don't arrive at the test center before 15: 00 on the day of the test will be deemed to have given up the test automatically, and the training test fee will not be refunded.
Third, warm tips
1. Candidates pay online by themselves through WeChat. This website does not require candidates to provide micro signals and passwords. Please pay attention to the security of the transaction and beware of fraud.
2. Candidates who need to be reimbursed with receipts should go to Room 307 (Financial Service Hall) of our administration building with their ID cards and admission tickets during working hours on weekdays.
3. About 20 working days after the exam, candidates can check their scores through the "score query" entrance of this registration system.
4. About 20 working days after the examination, candidates can confirm whether their Putonghua certificates have arrived at our examination station according to the "Notice of Issuing Certificates" published in the "Announcement" column on the home page of this registration system. After confirming that your certificate arrives at the test center of our school, choose the courier company to mail the certificate (postage paid) when registering online; If you don't choose to mail the certificate when registering online, candidates can take the original ID card to Room 207, Administration Building of our school at 9:00- 12:00 every Tuesday (note: certificates will not be collected at other times, holidays, winter and summer vacations). If someone else is entrusted to collect the certificate, the certificate holder must show a copy of the candidate's ID card, the original admission ticket and the original ID card of the certificate holder (note: those who have not gone through the certificate collection procedures will not be collected).
5. During the examination, candidates can take bus No.387 heading for Chongqing Vocational College at the intersection of Yuhu Road in Banan District, and get off at Chongren Road Station outside our school gate (at present, only bus No.387 will pass through our school gate). Candidates who drive by car can navigate "Chongqing Education Management School (Banan Campus)".
