Taking Jiangsu Province as an example, starting from the present situation of economy, energy and environment in Jiangsu Province, through the regression analysis of GDP, energy consumption and industrial wastewater discharge from 1990 to 2007, it is found that the economic growth of Jiangsu Province is at the expense of huge energy consumption and environmental pollution. In view of this, the article puts forward some suggestions to promote the sustainable development of Jiangsu economy. In recent years, the economy of Jiangsu Province has developed quite rapidly. Jiangsu is in the stage of accelerated industrialization and rapid economic development. The province's GDP grows at a rate of more than 10% every year, but the growth rate of Jiangsu Province is generally faster than the national economic growth rate. From 1990 to 1993, the GDP growth rate of Jiangsu Province increased year by year, reaching the maximum at 1993, with a specific value of 22.02%. After 1993, its growth rate has declined, but overall, its growth rate is still relatively large, exceeding the national average growth rate. With the rapid development of economy, energy consumption is also quite large, and the energy consumption in Jiangsu Province is also increasing year by year, and there is an accelerating trend. 1999, the total energy consumption in Jiangsu province was 5960 1400 tons of standard coal, but in 2007 it increased rapidly to 180 16700 tons of standard coal, which was more than three times that of 1999. At the same time, electricity consumption is also increasing, and its annual growth rate changes greatly, reaching 22. 1% at the highest. With the rapid development of economy, the consumption of various energy sources will also increase. However, due to the extremely low level of production capacity in Jiangsu Province, there is a big gap between supply and demand. Moreover, due to the shortage of power supply, there has been a widespread phenomenon of power cut in Jiangsu Province in the past few years, and many enterprises have been forced to adjust their factory breaks to avoid peak hours and make way for electricity, which has hindered Jiangsu's economic development to some extent. Therefore, whether the contradiction between energy supply and demand can be solved will become the key to the sustained, high-speed and healthy development of Jiangsu's economy. In the aspect of environmental pollution, this paper mainly analyzes the discharge of industrial wastewater. Generally speaking, the discharge of industrial wastewater is also increasing. 1996 has the lowest emission of 8548 1 10,000 tons. In 2007, it rose to1924.26 million tons, which had a great impact on the environment. Therefore, the rapid economic growth is at the expense of environmental pollution, which is contrary to the idea of sustainable development. Empirical Analysis of the Impact of Energy and Environment on Economic Growth Although there are many kinds of social energy, the initial state of various energy inputs in an economic system is usually coal, oil, natural gas and hydropower. Environmental pollution includes air pollution, water pollution, solid waste pollution, noise and vibration hazards. In this paper, only the industrial wastewater discharge (FS) of the whole province is used to indicate the degree of environmental pollution. Taking energy consumption (NY) and wastewater discharge as independent variables, and the province's gross domestic product (GDP) as dependent variable, the following econometric model is established for research: Y=β0+β 1X 1+β2X2+μ, where Y, X1and X2 represent GDP, NY and FS, μ, μ respectively. This part collects the relevant data of Jiangsu's GDP (100 million yuan), total energy consumption (10,000 tons of standard coal) and industrial wastewater discharge (10,000 tons) from 1990 to 2007. The selected data are all from Jiangsu Statistical Yearbook 1997-2008. Since the GDP of each province obtained from the yearbook is calculated according to the actual price of the year, and the data of each year are not comparable, this paper adopts the consumer price index of 1985 as the base period to make the results more objective and accurate. According to the model established above, Eviews3.0 is used for linear regression of the collected data. According to the regression results, the following regression equation is established: y =-554.7009+0.307044x 1+0.001697x2 (-13.29282) (. At the same time, it can explain 99.884%. At the given significance level of 5%, the parameter estimation of each variable has passed the t test, and the F value is also greater than its critical value, which shows that the overall significance level of the regression equation is high and the fitting is good, and there is a significant linear relationship between variable electricity consumption, industrial wastewater discharge and economic growth. In addition, the model does not have multiple * * * linearity, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity. Therefore, the regression equation is linear and significant on the whole, which can correctly reflect the influence of energy and environment on the economic growth of Jiangsu Province. Analysis of economic significance. As can be seen from the regression equation, β 1 is 0.307044, which shows that with the increase of energy input, the GDP of Jiangsu Province will continue to increase. The energy consumption is 6,543,800 tons of standard coal, and the province's GDP will increase by 307,044,000 yuan. This positive correlation is also in line with reality. Energy is the most important material basis for a country's economic growth. Without the supply and utilization of energy, there will be no economic growth and development, let alone the development and progress of the whole society. But on the other hand, it also shows that Jiangsu's economic development depends largely on the supply of energy. However, due to the lack of oil, coal and electricity in Jiangsu Province, more than 95% of the energy consumed must be transferred from outside the province. Therefore, Jiangsu province is not suitable for developing the industrial model of high energy consumption projects, and needs to adjust the industrial structure. In addition, β2 is 0.00 1.697, which shows that there is a positive correlation between Jiangsu's economic development and environmental pollution. Therefore, it can be said that the economic growth of Jiangsu Province is at the expense of environment and pollution. In China, GDP or GDP growth rate is generally used to evaluate the development achievements of a region, and the output value and economic growth rate are used to evaluate the political achievements of governments at all levels, which leads to the unilateral pursuit of rapid economic development in the process of economic development at the expense of environmental pollution. The resulting evil consequences will eventually "revenge" on the economy. Because of the aggravation of environmental pollution, the cost of controlling environmental pollution will continue to increase. At the same time, the correlation matrix between variables is calculated by Eviews software, and it is concluded that there is a great correlation between energy consumption and environmental pollution, and the correlation coefficient is 0.79059. This shows that high energy consumption is an important factor causing environmental pollution. Therefore, to improve the environment, we must start with reducing energy consumption and continuously improve energy efficiency, thus promoting economic growth. To sum up, Jiangsu's economic growth is at the expense of a lot of energy consumption and environmental pollution. At the same time, Jiangsu province is not rich in resources, and the widening gap between supply and demand will become the "bottleneck" of economic development, and environmental pollution will eventually have a negative impact on economic development. This is an unsustainable development and a very disharmonious way of economic growth. Suggestions on the coordinated development of energy, environment and economy (1) Optimize the industrial structure of Jiangsu Province, promote industrial optimization and upgrading, adjust the industrial structure, adjust the proportion of light and heavy industries, vigorously develop light industry and develop towards light structure. Restrict the development of industries with high energy consumption, high consumables and high water consumption. It is necessary to establish standardized quantitative technical indicators and resolutely eliminate backward processes, technologies, equipment and products that waste resources and pollute the environment in cement, steel and other industries. So as to promote the coordinated development of energy, environment and economy. (2) To optimize the energy structure of Jiangsu Province, we must first speed up the power grid construction in Jiangsu Province, vigorously promote the power demand side management, and ease the contradiction between power supply and demand. Secondly, actively develop hydropower, make use of Jiangsu's abundant pumped storage resources, and focus on building a number of medium-sized hydropower and pumped storage power stations with strong peak shaving capacity. Third, we should optimize the development of coal-fired electricity, popularize efficient and clean combustion technology, improve the level of technology and equipment, and improve the utilization efficiency of primary energy such as coal. Finally, take advantage of Jiangsu's imported natural gas ports and good addresses to vigorously develop natural gas and accelerate the construction of new energy projects suitable for Jiangsu's situation, such as wind power generation and tidal power generation. So as to improve the efficiency of economic development and reduce environmental pollution. (3) Rely on scientific and technological progress, vigorously develop circular economy, and organize economic activities into a circular process of "resources-products-renewable resources", so that materials and energy can be reasonably and permanently utilized. Circular economy is characterized by "low emission" or even "zero emission" of pollution in environmental protection, which integrates clean production, comprehensive utilization of resources, ecological design and sustainable consumption. At the same time, circular economy can also extend the production chain, promote the development of environmental protection industry and other emerging industries, increase employment opportunities and promote social development. In addition, circular economy organically links production and consumption at different levels. Therefore, the development of circular economy conforms to the situation of Jiangsu Province. It is necessary to rely on scientific and technological progress to vigorously develop circular economy, realize the transformation of economic growth mode from extensive to intensive, consumption to circular, investment-driven to innovation-driven, and realize the leap-forward development of Jiangsu's economy. (IV) Improving the green GDP indicator system As one of the national "green GDP" accounting pilots, Jiangsu Province is also the first in the country to publicly inform the society about the construction and monitoring benefits of ecological public welfare forests in the province for the first time. However, the pilot project in Jiangsu does not represent the comprehensive calculation of green GDP in a complete sense, and can only be called "light green" GDP at most. Moreover, there are still many shortcomings in the existing work. For example, the existing accounting is only the accounting of the current year's flow, and how to evaluate the pollution control cost caused by history is pending; The caliber range of pollution loss is not clear. Therefore, efforts should be made to improve the understanding of the whole people, especially some leading cadres, improve the green accounting technology, build a scientific and complete statistical index system of environmental resources, formulate relevant legal systems for green GDP accounting, and explore and improve the green GDP accounting system.
