Regarding the construction of a clean government, we should conscientiously implement the main responsibility of the party organization and the supervision responsibility of the discipline inspection commission in accordance with the requirements of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and make good use of the interview system for the construction of a clean government; Clean up, revise and improve the relevant systems for building a clean and honest government, strengthen various measures to manage people with institutional power, and constantly improve the anti-corruption system. Units and party member cadres who have problems such as lax discipline, unhealthy work style and inadequate performance of their duties should be investigated and dealt with promptly, severely punished and thoroughly investigated.
With regard to the construction of political style, we should conscientiously implement the requirements of the Ministry's Notice on Printing and Distributing Five Prohibitions on the Construction of Political Style in the National Maritime System (No.760 of Maritime Affairs [2013]), conscientiously implement the spirit of the National Maritime Political Style Construction Exchange Promotion Conference held in Langfang in 20 12, further deepen the construction of political style, and build a maritime team with excellent style and satisfactory people.
