Main responsibilities of Zhenjiang Housing Provident Fund Management Center

The main responsibilities of the center are:

(a) to implement the national regulations and policies on the management of housing provident fund, and to implement the decision-making arrangements of the Municipal Housing Provident Fund Management Committee on the management of housing provident fund; Prepare and implement the plan for the collection and use of housing provident fund, and prepare a report on the implementation of the plan for the collection and use of housing provident fund; Responsible for the preservation and return of housing provident fund.

(two) responsible for formulating the specific measures for the management of the city's housing provident fund, and organizing the implementation after the approval of the Municipal Housing Provident Fund Management Committee; Responsible for formulating the measures for the management of housing loans for employees of the city's housing provident fund and organizing their implementation; Participate in formulating relevant policies for housing system reform and organize their implementation.

(three) responsible for the management of housing provident fund deposit, in accordance with the provisions of the "Regulations", according to the law to check the supervision units, workers housing provident fund deposit, investigate and deal with illegal acts, exercise the right of administrative punishment according to law; Approve the housing provident fund, reduce the deposit ratio and postpone the payment; Approve the withdrawal of housing provident fund; Responsible for the use of housing provident fund funds, approval, issuance and recovery of housing provident fund housing loans, to ensure the safety of funds; Responsible for the financial management and accounting of housing provident fund, record the deposit, withdrawal and use of housing provident fund for employees, and issue valid certificates for housing provident fund for employees;

(four) responsible for the management, guidance and supervision of financial institutions that undertake the financial business of housing provident fund; Responsible for guiding and supervising the housing provident fund and related business of the city (district) housing provident fund sub-center (management department); To be responsible for the appointment and removal of administrative leaders of sub-centers (management departments) after consultation with municipalities (districts); Responsible for guiding, managing and supervising the relevant units to participate in the housing provident fund employee housing loan related business.

(five) responsible for the management and accounting of other housing funds entrusted by the government; Formulate other relevant provisions and measures for housing funds and organize their implementation; To undertake other matters decided by the Municipal Housing Provident Fund Management Committee.
