1. After logging in to mobile banking, click the homepage-My Customer Service (headset logo) in the upper right corner, then click "Bank Inquiry" to enter the page, and select the card number to inquire about the bank (if you are not logged in to mobile banking, you can directly enter the card number to inquire about the bank), or click the message bar in the upper right corner of the mobile banking homepage to enter, select my customer service and enter a card.
2. Log in to the online banking public edition, and click "Account Management → More Inquiry → One Card Account Opening Information" to inquire about the account opening bank;
3. Log in to the online banking professional edition (UKEY) and click "One Card → Account Management → Card Management → Bank Information Inquiry" to view the bank;
4. On the top right of the homepage of China Merchants Bank, select Online Customer Service-Personal Bank and enter the one-card bank for inquiry. A bank query link will pop up, and you can query by entering the card number.
If it is a credit card, there is no specific bank for CMB credit card. If you need to write the bank when transferring money and remittance, you can fill in the name of any branch of China Merchants Bank (such as the business department of China Merchants Bank Shanghai Branch).
