How to apply for a business license for a studio can be divided into two types, one is a residence and the other is an apartment. If you apply for residence, you need a residence permit and a website business license if you don't have a Chengdu hukou, which means you have to have an online store, Taobao or micro-store, but the business scope of the business license can only be Internet sales. Because it is not a Chengdu hukou, the previous residence permit has long expired, and it is very troublesome to reissue it. So I chose the second option, renting an apartment. If my friend is registered in Chengdu or has a residence permit, he can actually open a studio at home or rent a house. The price of the house will be much cheaper, and the later cost will be much lower, because water and electricity are for civilian use, and apartments will be much more expensive if they are commercial.
