What does the consulting contract include?

Legal analysis: Consulting contract is a contract signed by both the consulting client and the consulting institution, which stipulates the rights and obligations of both parties in the consulting process. The contents of a contract shall be agreed upon by the parties, generally including the name, domicile, subject matter, quantity, quality, price or remuneration, time limit, place and method of performance, liability for breach of contract and method of dispute settlement.

Legal basis: Article 470th of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC). The contents of the contract shall be agreed by the parties, and generally include the following clauses:

(1) The name and domicile of the party concerned;

(2) Subject matter;

(3) quantity;

(4) quality;

(5) Price or remuneration;

(6) Time limit, place and method of performance;

(7) Liability for breach of contract;

(8) Methods for resolving disputes.
