Business scope of China International Chamber of Commerce

According to the laws, regulations and articles of association of China, China International Chamber of Commerce provides efficient and high-quality services to its members and business circles:

(a) to solicit opinions and suggestions from members on the laws, regulations and policies of China and other countries, and to convey or put forward suggestions to relevant government agencies on behalf of the industrial and commercial circles in China;

(2) Providing members with economic and trade information and business consultation through domestic and foreign information networks and channels;

(3) Introduce China's economic and trade laws, regulations and policies to foreign enterprises and relevant organizations, introduce China's investment and trade environment, and promote the introduction of member enterprises and their products and services;

(four) to introduce foreign new products, new technologies, advanced business models and management experience to members;

(five) to participate in relevant international organizations and carry out friendly exchanges and business cooperation with foreign chambers of commerce and relevant organizations;

(six) to reflect the opinions of the China business community to the International Chamber of Commerce;

(seven) to hold and organize members and enterprises to participate in relevant international or domestic exhibitions or expositions;

(eight) to provide legal services for members and enterprises engaged in economic and trade activities; Coordinate and resolve major disputes between members and between members and non-members; Participate in the formulation of relevant industry standards and norms involving the rights and interests of members; Accept the entrustment of domestic and foreign parties, undertake intellectual property consultation and dispute resolution, and carry out technology trade;

(nine) to promote international economic and trade and legal education, and provide professional training services for members;

(ten) editing and publishing member publications and related business newspapers and books;

(eleven) to handle other commercial business and provide other services for members and enterprises;

(twelve) to undertake the business entrusted by the relevant government agencies.

The China International Chamber of Commerce accepts donations from members and non-members. The International Chamber of Commerce will record the name and quantity of the donation units or individuals in the honor room of the Chamber of Commerce, website or other suitable locations. The use of donated funds and materials will be supervised and audited by donors and society.
