I am a resident of Panlongyuan, and I would like to ask what procedures are needed to handle the real estate license.

First-hand housing, that is, the property purchased from the developer, requires the developer to complete five certificates, and then go to the local real estate and housing bureau with a copy of the purchase invoice, purchase contract and pre-sale permit (obtained from the developer).

If it is a second-hand house, the original owner and his/her ID card, property right certificate, purchaser and his/her ID card need to go to the local real estate management bureau to fill in the Application for Transfer of Sales Contract, and submit it to the window for handling.

Whether it's first-hand or second-hand, the general handling process is within 15 working days.
