The application process is as follows:
(a) the applicant to the county (city, district) human resources and Social Security Bureau announced the handling window to submit application materials;
(two) the agency announced by the county (city, district) Human Resources and Social Security Bureau shall complete the acceptance, preliminary examination and audit work within 23 working days after receiving the materials;
(three) in the employment and entrepreneurship network publicity audit, feedback to the applicant that the results, publicity time of not less than 7 working days;

The employment subsidies for college students are "post allowance for college graduates" and "promoting the employment of local college graduates". It is a subsidy policy for college students' employment, and not all college students can get it. Conditions for applying for employment subsidies for college students:
1. Employment subsidy funds are set up by the people's governments at or above the county level, managed by the financial departments at the same level in conjunction with the human resources and social security departments, and used as special funds to promote employment and entrepreneurship through general public budget arrangements.
Second, not all college students can get employment subsidies, and the employment subsidy policies in different places are not necessarily exactly the same. Generally, the following conditions need to be met:

(1) College graduates should hold valid certificates, such as ID cards, register for unemployment at the public employment service agency where their household registration is located, and obtain employment unemployment registration certificates.
(2) The unemployment insurance agency established by the labor and social security department accepts the application of college graduates to receive unemployment benefits, examines and confirms their qualifications, approves unemployment benefits, and is responsible for the distribution, investigation, statistics and consulting services of unemployment benefits.
