I hope a friend can help me look at Article 8 of the Inheritance Law. Thank you.

1. You can file a lawsuit. Because this two-year period can be extended, as long as your sister can prove that she negotiated with you in these eight years, or urged you to redistribute property in these eight years.

2. The children of the deceased third sister can have the right to divide the property.

Your mother's will is invalid. Because the property belongs to your parents, although your father died, he didn't make a will. By default, his property is divided equally between your mother and your children according to the inheritance law. Your mother can only dispose of part of her personal property in her will, but not part of your father's property.

4. Correct allocation:

(1) When her father died, her mother got the inheritance110, plus her own 1/2, so she owned the property right of 6/ 10;

(2)110 is the other child;

(3) When the mother dies, 6/ 10 of the will will be given to you, and 7/ 10 of the property will be yours;

(4) After the death of Third Sister, half of her property after110 is owned by Third Brother-in-law, and the other half is shared equally by Third Brother-in-law and his two children, that is, Third Brother-in-law owns the property115, and each child has 1/60.
