Retired from Shunyi District of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, active troops and fire fighting units, with experience in audio-visual production and secretarial work, and holders of B2 or above driver's licenses may appropriately relax their conditions and give priority.

Examination arrangement
(1) physical fitness test
1. Applicants who have passed the qualification examination shall take the physical fitness test with their ID card and registration form. The specific time, place and arrangement will be announced separately.
2. The test subject is 3000m running. Those who fail to pass the physical fitness test shall not enter the next stage (see Annex 3 for specific scoring criteria).
(2) Psychological test and interview
1. The psychological test adopts the conformity assessment system; The interview shall be scored quantitatively, with a full score of 100 and a score below 60 as "unqualified"; If there is an "unqualified" score in the psychological test and interview, it will be eliminated (if the score is lower than 60 points, it will be unqualified).
2. Those who pass the physical fitness test will participate in psychological tests and interviews with their ID cards and registration forms. The specific time, place and method will be notified separately.
(3) Physical examination and political examination
1. For those who pass the physical fitness test, psychological test and interview, the total score is calculated according to the ratio of physical fitness test and interview, and the finalists are determined according to the ratio of employment position 1: 1. 2. The medical examination results meet the medical examination standards of candidates, and those who fail the medical examination will not be hired.
3. Applicants should bring their ID cards to participate in the medical examination, and the medical examination expenses should be borne by the applicants themselves.

training before posting

(3) Salary and treatment
During the probation period, the probation salary is 3600-4500 yuan/month (80% of full-time salary); The regular salary is 4500-5500 yuan/month. The vice captain's salary is subsidized according to regulations.
(4) Residents' arrangement
The comprehensive forest fire emergency rescue team members will be stationed in the key fire prevention areas of the whole region, and a regular rotation system will be implemented.
