First, look at whether your work area is close to Foshan or Zengcheng, and then look at where your income can buy a house in Foshan or Zengcheng, how the living conditions around the house are, how the school is, and whether the transportation is convenient. Finally, overall consideration. Another thing to note is that Guangzhou has exceeded the limit now, so cars from Foshan can't just drive into Guangzhou.

If you need to live by yourself, you must choose Foshan city center, because Foshan is a second-tier city, and there is no gap between the whole city center and the old city of Guangzhou in terms of education and medical support. Moreover, Guangfo Line and Foshan Line 2 are connected to Guangzhou in the center of Foshan, and the convenient transit time is similar to that from Luogang to Guangzhou. More recommended is Qiandeng Lake area in Nanhai, Foshan.

In addition to the backward supporting construction of Zengcheng, Foshan's education and medical care are relatively mature, and the center of Foshan's main city has always been in Guangzhou.

Nanhai District, which is close to the main city of Guangzhou, can reach the CBD of Zhujiang New Town in forty or fifty minutes by subway or by car, which is no longer than the distance from Zengcheng to Guangzhou.

Therefore, for many years, foreign buyers in Foshan have been focusing on the spillover demand from Guangzhou, and many people really think Foshan is cheap. Now in the Qiandeng Lake area of Foshan, the proportion of Guangzhou customers in the new site is about half, and living here will not feel completely different from one city to another.

At present, Foshan has abolished the restriction on buyers with bachelor degree or above and intermediate technical qualifications to buy the first suite, and granted the qualifications for those with bachelor degree or above to buy the first suite in Foshan restricted area, which are those sectors with convenient transportation, subway or subway planning, commercial facilities for schools and hospitals and truly comfortable living.

Relaxing the purchase restriction will lead to purchasing power flowing into the restricted purchase area. From this perspective, the Foshan restricted area is also bullish in the short term.

To tell the truth, Guangzhou is only the main city, and the flowers in Zengcheng, Conghua, are not as good as those in Shunde, Nanhai, Foshan in terms of economy and education. Nanhai Shunde's undergraduate online rate can reach more than 70%.

Foshan's urban construction and maintenance are better than Guangzhou's, the roads are clean and tidy, and the pace of people's life is slow. Anyway, I am very comfortable.
