(4) Candidates who have passed the ideological and political moral assessment and physical examination in the archives shall be assigned professionally according to the principle of "score first and voluntariness". If the candidates have the same scores, they will choose the candidates of literature and history according to language, literature, mathematics and foreign language; Science and engineering candidates are determined according to their scores in mathematics, science, Chinese and foreign languages from high to low. Candidates who sign up for the "3+3" college entrance examination mode are determined according to their scores in Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages from high to low. Tibetan candidates are admitted as planned according to the ranking of Min Kao Min (Han) scores. If the scores of Min Kao Min (Han) are the same, the candidates of Min Kao Han Literature and History will be determined according to Chinese, literature and mathematics, and the candidates of science and engineering will be determined according to mathematics and science and engineering. The candidates of literature and history in the civil examination are determined by Tibetan language, Tibetan literature synthesis and Tibetan mathematics, while the candidates of science and engineering are determined by Tibetan mathematics, Tibetan science synthesis and Tibetan language scores in turn.

(10) Requirements for candidates' physical health shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Health and Family Planning Commission and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and relevant supplementary provisions. Freshmen should have a physical examination after entering school, and those who do not meet the requirements or practice fraud will be disqualified. According to the professional training requirements and employment characteristics, those who are color blind, weak in color and unable to accurately identify colors will not be admitted to the medical and pharmaceutical majors of our school, and those who are squint, have a dull sense of smell and stutter will not be admitted to the medical majors. It is recommended that disabled candidates carefully apply for medical majors.
(1 1) Tibetan medicine and Tibetan pharmacy majors only recruit Chinese and bilingual candidates in Gannan Prefecture and Wuwei City, Gansu Province.
(12) The enrollment work of rural order-oriented free medical student plan, special plan for poverty-stricken areas, special plan for local rural areas, special plan for Tibetan areas, special plan for other ethnic minority areas, preparatory classes for ethnic minorities, high school classes in the mainland of Xinjiang, Xinjiang equivalent plan, separate plan for southern Xinjiang, and cooperative plan for bilingual classes in Xinjiang shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant enrollment policies of the Ministry of Education, the Education Department of Gansu Province and various provinces.
(thirteen) the national free undergraduate medical students only recruit rural students, and the local free specialist medical students (training free medical talents for rural areas) mainly recruit rural students in principle. After the national free undergraduate medical students register, I must sign a free education agreement with the school and a targeted employment agreement with the health and family planning administrative department. Candidates who fail to sign a free education and employment agreement as required shall be treated as giving up their admission qualifications; Local free medical students must fill in the informed consent form, which is regarded as my voluntary participation in the village doctor's order-oriented training. Freshmen must sign a directional employment agreement with the county-level health and family planning administrative department after entering the school. (14) Ethnic minority undergraduate preparatory students shall determine the pre-regularization major according to the college entrance examination results at the time of admission, study in the preparatory course for one year after admission, obtain official student status after passing the preparatory examination, and train according to the major determined at the time of college entrance examination. If the pre-regularized major originally admitted stops after one year of preparatory study, it will be transferred to a major with similar disciplines.

Chapter V Charging Standards

The tuition fee of medical information engineering is 4500 yuan/student/academic year; The tuition fee for applied psychology and sports rehabilitation is 4300 yuan/student/academic year; The tuition fee for business administration, international economy and trade, health service and management is 4200 yuan/student/academic year.
(2) Tuition fee for ethnic minority undergraduate preparatory courses: the tuition fee for ethnic minority undergraduate preparatory students in the province during the preparatory period is15,000 yuan/student/academic year (refer to Ganjiafei [2006] 120); The tuition fee for Xinjiang minority undergraduate preparatory classes enrolled by Xinjiang Bilingual Class Cooperation Program is 4,000 yuan/student/academic year.

Seventeenth students drop out of school for some reason, etc. According to the students' actual study and accommodation time at school, the school will refund the remaining tuition and accommodation fees on a monthly basis (calculated by 10 month for one academic year).
Article 18 If the charging standard is adjusted before entering school, the school shall implement it according to the adjusted new standard.
Chapter VI Incentive and Loan Assistance Measures

Twenty-first schools have more than ten kinds of scholarships at all levels, which are evaluated once every academic year, and more than 70% of students have won scholarships. Twenty-fourth students after admission, the school in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the school within 3 months to review the admission qualifications. If the student's personal information is found to be inconsistent with the electronic file of the college entrance examination provided at the time of admission (including the physical and mental health status does not meet the requirements of the professional physical examination, and the normal study and life at school cannot be guaranteed, etc.), the student will be determined to be unqualified in the second interview and the student status will be cancelled; If the circumstances are serious, the school will hand it over to relevant departments for investigation and handling.
Twenty-fifth in order to implement the "student-oriented" educational concept, students who are interested in other majors and have expertise during their studies may apply for changing majors; Students admitted in the form of special enrollment may not change their major if there are relevant regulations in the country or there is a clear agreement with the school before admission. Twenty-sixth undergraduate and junior college graduates who have obtained the status of our school and completed their studies shall be awarded the corresponding general higher education graduation certificates, and undergraduate graduates who meet the conditions for degree granting shall be awarded the degree certificates. Twenty-seventh Chinese medicine major ("5+3" integration) directly enters the three-year postgraduate education stage of Chinese medicine in our school after passing the five-year undergraduate stage. Those who have completed the contents stipulated in the teaching plan will be awarded academic qualifications and degree certificates by stages.
Twenty-eighth schools do not entrust any institution or individual to handle matters related to enrollment.
