The competent forestry department of the county (city, district) people's government, the township (town) people's government, the neighborhood offices and the village (neighborhood) committees where the state-owned forest farm is located shall assist in the management of the state-owned forest farm. People's governments at or above the county level need to use the forest resources of state-owned forest farms to build public welfare parks, wetland parks, scenic spots, geological parks and water conservancy scenic spots, and should compensate the occupied forest land and forest resources, and state-owned forest farms should support them.
