Legal basis: Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Handling Information Objections on the Information Inquiry Platform of the Executed Persons in National Courts.
Article 1 The national court information inquiry platform is a network platform for the Supreme People's Court to provide information inquiry of executed persons to the society through the Supreme People's Court website after collecting the information data of executed cases entered by national courts.
Article 2 The scope and information content of social inquiry cases provided by the national court information inquiry platform for persons subjected to execution shall be determined by the Supreme People's Court.
Article 3 The information data of the information inquiry platform of the national court executors shall be entered by the executing court through the national court execution case information management system. The accuracy of information and data is the responsibility of the case handlers. Information data must be consistent with the records in the case file.
Article 4 If a party has any objection to the information provided by the information inquiry platform of the national court for persons subjected to execution, it shall promptly submit it to the enforcement court in written form, and attach relevant certification materials.
Information objection includes objection that relevant information is not entered, objection that information content is inaccurate, and objection that information is not released in time.
