Second, those who return to Pi must undergo health examination at railway stations, traffic crossings and other places according to regulations, actively register relevant information and accept quarantine medical observation and other epidemic prevention and control management measures.
Violation of regulations will be handled in accordance with relevant regulations; If it constitutes a violation of public security administration, it shall be punished by the public security organ according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
1. People from Hubei Province and Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province did not come to PI during the epidemic prevention and control period; If you really need to enter our city, take the initiative to accept centralized isolation medical observation 14 days.
2. During the epidemic prevention and control, people from other key epidemic areas will be suspended from coming to PI; If you really need to enter our city, take the initiative to stay at home or concentrate on isolation for medical observation 14 days.
3. Fever personnel will be transferred from 120 car to fever clinic. Cases with positive nucleic acid test in novel coronavirus or suspected cases with other diagnostic basis must receive isolation treatment, and their colleagues must receive centralized isolation medical observation 14 days.
Those who fail to truthfully inform the staff when inquiring, or refuse to implement the epidemic prevention and control management measures, will be included in the list of dishonesty after being identified by the relevant departments, and the corresponding legal responsibilities will be investigated according to the law and regulations.
3. All patients diagnosed or suspected in COVID-19, close contacts determined through investigation, and home or centralized medical observers shall fulfill the following obligations, otherwise, they will be investigated for corresponding legal responsibilities according to laws and regulations and included in the list of dishonesty.
1. Actively cooperate with epidemic prevention and control institutions to take necessary prevention and control measures, such as isolation treatment and medical observation in designated places, and cooperate with checkpoints and checkpoints. Refuses to cooperate, by the public security organs to assist the relevant agencies to enforce the law, and bear the corresponding civil and administrative responsibilities according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
2. When visiting a doctor, it shall truthfully inform the residents' medical history and contact history of patients with infectious diseases in areas with high epidemic incidence. Deliberately concealing the above situation, leading to the spread and epidemic of infectious diseases and causing personal and property damage, shall bear corresponding civil and administrative responsibilities according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
3. Take in or rent a house to people in serious epidemic areas such as Hubei Province, Wenzhou City and Zhejiang Province, and declare voluntarily. Those who fail to report truthfully shall be investigated for relevant legal responsibilities.
4. Other county personnel should take the initiative to report to the village truthfully within three hours. If it fails to report, it will be investigated for relevant legal responsibilities.
5. During isolation treatment or medical observation, prevention and control measures shall be taken with the epidemic prevention and control institutions. Violation of prevention and control measures, such as fleeing from the transfer of vehicles, isolating places or contacting others without authorization, which leads to the spread of infectious diseases and causes personal and property damage, shall bear corresponding civil and administrative responsibilities according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law. If violence or threats are used to prevent control personnel or staff of state organs from taking epidemic prevention and control measures according to law, which constitutes a violation of public security management, the public security organ shall give public security punishment according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
Four, all citizens must consciously abide by the "Pizhou city on strengthening the prevention and control work in novel coronavirus" and other provisions.
Wear masks consciously in public places, do not gather, do not organize gathering activities, and do not organize weddings, funerals and festive activities on a large scale;
