(1) Unit members refer to translation industry associations, institutions, enterprises and institutions established according to law.

(2) Individual members refer to persons engaged in relevant work in the translation industry. Individual members include

2. Expert members:

Anyone who meets one of the following conditions may apply to become an expert member:

(1) Those who have obtained the professional and technical qualifications of deputy translators (inclusive) or above, or obtained the first-class (inclusive) certificate of the national translation professional qualification (level) examination; Or obtain the qualification certificate of authorized translation or certified translation issued by any member organization of the International Federation of Translators;

(2) Those who have made remarkable achievements and contributions in the field of translation academia or translation specialty, or have rich practical experience.

3. Members:

Anyone who meets one of the following conditions may apply for membership:

(1) Those who have obtained intermediate or primary translation professional and technical qualifications, or have obtained Grade II or III certificates of the national translation professional qualification (level) examination; Or a member of any member organization of the International Federation of Translators;

(2) Those who have certain achievements, contributions or practical experience in the field of translation.

4. Honorary members:

People from all walks of life who are enthusiastic about translation, willing to support, sponsor and participate in our activities, and have made remarkable achievements and influence in translation-related industries.

5. Student members:

Anyone who meets the following conditions can apply to become a student member:

(1) Abide by the Articles of Association;

(2) College students who love translation and have excellent achievements in foreign languages or translation majors.

Article 4 Membership Procedures

(3) Procedures for applying to join the Association:

1. Ask the secretariat of the association or download the Application Form for Membership of translators association of china Company from the website of the association;

2. Fill in the Application Form for Membership of Chinese Translators' Association and return it to the secretariat of the Association with the official seal, and submit relevant materials (see Article 5 for details);

3. After being reviewed by the membership review team of the Association, it shall be reported to the Standing Council of the Association or the meeting of the Executive President for approval;

4. The Association will issue membership notices to organizations or units that are accepted as members;

5. The accepted group or unit shall pay the annual membership fee according to the regulations within one month after receiving the notice of membership;

(2) Procedures for applying for individual membership of the Association:

5. The Association will issue membership notices to individuals who are accepted as members;

6. The accepted individual shall pay the annual membership fee according to the regulations within one month after receiving the notice of membership;

Article 5

Membership materials (1) Company members need to submit the following materials to join the club:

(5) A copy of the ID card of the legal representative of the institution or enterprise;

(6) Copies of other relevant qualification certificates.

3. The central unit refers to enterprises and institutions.

(2) Individual members are required to submit the following materials:

2. Copy of ID card. Foreign members are required to provide copies of passports and membership cards of international federation of translators member organizations, and student members are also required to provide copies of student ID cards;

Article 6

Membership rights: Members of this Association enjoy the following rights:

4. Have the right to criticize, suggest and supervise the work of this Association;

5. Freedom of voluntary participation and withdrawal.

Article 7

Membership obligations (1) Association members shall undertake the following obligations:

1. Abide by the articles of association, implement the resolutions of the association and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the association;

2. Abide by professional ethics and industry norms;

3. Complete the work entrusted by this Association and assist this Association to carry out related activities;

4. Register regularly and pay membership fees according to regulations.

(2) Individual members of the Association shall undertake the following obligations:

1. Abide by the articles of association, implement the resolutions of the association and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the association;

2. Abide by professional ethics and industry norms;

3. Actively participate in and support the activities carried out by the Association;

4. Register regularly and pay membership fees according to regulations.

Article 8

Member management 1, and the members of the association are managed by the association secretariat;

2. Membership development work is accepted twice a year;

3. The membership card shall be uniformly printed, numbered and stamped by the association according to the membership category, and issued by the secretariat of the association. If the membership card is lost, a written statement should be made to the secretariat of this association, and a new card can be issued according to the original card number;

4. Members shall register every two years from the year of joining the Association;

5. When the name, legal representative, mailing address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address and contact person of the unit member change, it shall promptly notify the secretariat of the Association;

6. When the mailing address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address of individual members change, they shall promptly notify the secretariat of this Association;

7. If a member wants to quit the Association, he/she must notify the Association Secretariat in writing and return his/her membership card. After receiving the member's application and membership card, the secretariat of the association will handle the relevant withdrawal matters, and the membership fee will not be refunded. If a member does not pay the membership fee for two consecutive years and does not participate in the activities of the association, it will be treated as automatic withdrawal;

8. If a member seriously violates the articles of association of the Association and damages the interests or reputation of the Association, he/she shall be given a warning until he/she is removed from the list after being voted by the Standing Council or the meeting of the Standing Presidents. The membership fee will not be refunded if the member is removed, and the member can re-apply for membership two years after being removed;

9. Developing Members should adhere to standards and strict procedures to ensure quality.

Article 9

Membership fee management (1) Membership fee standard:

1, unit membership fee standard:

(1) Annual membership fee standard for social organizations: 1000 yuan;

(2) Annual fee standard for enterprises and institutions: 1000 yuan;

(3) Annual membership fee standard of the governing unit: 3,000 yuan;

(4) The central state organs and units refer to the membership fee standards of enterprises and institutions.

2. Individual membership fee standard.

(1) Senior members and honorary members: free of charge;

(2) Expert member: 260 yuan every year;

(3) Membership: every year 180 yuan;

(4) Student membership: 50 yuan every year.

(2) Payment method and time: Members must pay the annual membership fee before March 3 1 every year; New members must pay the annual membership fee within one month after receiving the notice of membership; The membership fee is one year in principle, and new members can pay 60% of the annual membership fee after July.

(3) Purpose of membership fee: mainly used for services provided to members; Support members and clubs to carry out activities; Pay membership fees to the International Federation of Translators; Sponsor all kinds of large-scale meetings and activities organized by the association and the daily operation of the association secretariat.

(4) The Association accepts donations from units and individuals.

Article 10

Member service

(1) Association members enjoy the following services:

Article 11

These Measures shall be implemented as of the date of adoption by the members' congress.

Article 12

The formulation, revision and interpretation of these Measures belong to the Standing Council of this Association.
