First, how to inquire about rural poverty alleviation?
1. The "inquiry system for record card holders" has been opened in some areas. You can surf the Internet directly, enter your name and ID number in the system, and check whether you are a poor household with a file card.
2. the State Council Poverty Alleviation Office has a poverty alleviation and development system, and most poverty alleviation offices at or above the county level have the right to inquire. It is recommended to go to the local office to inquire whether it is in the document or in the poverty alleviation policy.
3. The negotiation of directly related personnel shall prevail.
2. What certification materials do poor households need to establish a file card?
The poverty-stricken households with filing cards are determined according to the procedures of "application by the head of household, nomination by villagers' groups, deliberation and voting by villagers' representatives, audit by village committees, audit by township (town) governments, audit by county poverty relief offices and approval by county people's governments". The village committee has meeting minutes and representatives' signatures for democratic appraisal and voting of the poverty-stricken objects; the township people's government and the county poverty alleviation office have relevant records and files of the poverty-stricken objects; and the county poverty alleviation office finally checks the information of the poverty-stricken objects reported by the towns to ensure that there is no dispute and no signature. The archives shall be signed and confirmed by the poverty alleviation objects, collectors and auditors. The poor people have completed the signing procedures and know that they are poor households with files. The children of poor households who have set up their files can go to the village Committee to consult their parents, or they can go to the township poverty alleviation workstation. After inquiring through the national information system for poor farmers, poverty certificates can be issued for filing and establishing cards.
Poor households who set up files and set up cards have corresponding files and card-building systems. If they want to inquire about their poverty alleviation, they can use this system, directly consult the staff who help them with poverty alleviation, or log in to the national poverty alleviation and development system.
