First of all, the timetable
20 18 kindergarten enrollment registration time is arranged from June 19 to June 30, and the specific arrangements are as follows:
Register. June19-June 22, parents will register online, and on June 23, the registration materials will be reviewed and confirmed on site (those who do not have the online registration conditions can register on site), and the admission list will be determined.
Second enrollment. If the first enrollment has completed the enrollment plan, our park will no longer organize the second enrollment; If the first enrollment fails to complete the enrollment plan, the second enrollment information will be released on the government affairs network of Shibei District on June 25th, and the second enrollment brochure will be posted at the entrance of the kindergarten.
Second, the enrollment target
1. Age and number of applicants:
Small class: 20 14 September 1 -20 15 August 3 10 students.
Middle class: 20 13 September 1 -20 14 August 3 1 15 students.
Big class: 201September1-201August 3 1 15 students.
2. Physical conditions: Children enrolled should be school-age children with the ability to receive general education.
3. Enrollment scope: According to the enrollment work plan of 20 18 kindergarten in Shibei District, our park gives priority to enrolling school-age children with permanent residence in Shibei District. Children must have the same household registration as their parents or grandparents, who are the heads of household registration.
Third, the working procedure.
1. Register online. From June 19 (the registration platform was opened at 8: 00) to June 22 (the registration platform 18: 00 was closed), parents logged into the online registration system of Shibei District Kindergarten (website http://www.wybm.org/), filled in the relevant information truthfully and completely as required, and then * printed it. Each child can only attend one kindergarten. Repeated input of the same child's ID number will prevent him from enrolling in other kindergartens. After completing the form, parents can continue to log in to the online registration system to view the filled-in contents. If the information is wrong, they can modify it once. After clicking "Confirm" online, the information will not change whether it is printed or not. Parents of children who can't surf the Internet can go to the kindergarten site at 8: 00- 1 1: 30 on June 23rd and ask the staff to help fill in the relevant information.
2. On-site confirmation. After completing online registration, parents need to register at 8: 00 am-165438+0: 30 pm and 1: 30- 3: 00 pm on June 23rd. Go to the kindergarten site to confirm and review the registration materials.
Parents should bring the following materials when confirming on site:
(1) Parent ID card (original and copy);
(2) Household registration book (original and photocopy);
(3) Shibei District Kindergarten Registration Application Form 2018;
Note: Children's guardians must be responsible for the authenticity of the registration information and audit materials provided. Those who provide false materials are disqualified from entering the park.
3. Admission. After reviewing and confirming the application materials, the kindergarten will confirm the list and number of school-age children who meet the recruitment conditions. When the number of applicants is less than or equal to the enrollment plan, these children will be directly identified as admission targets. When the number of applicants exceeds the enrollment plan, under the supervision of the social supervisor, the kindergarten will determine the list of children entering the park by computer at 4: 00 pm on June 23, and announce it on the spot.
Friendly reminder: there is no difference before and after registration, and the admission opportunities are equal. When computer allocation determines the list of children entering the park, a social supervision group composed of parents' representatives, community representatives, CPPCC members and * representatives supervises the whole process of computer allocation to ensure fairness and justice.
4. Go through the admission formalities. Parents of admitted children should go to the kindergarten to go through the admission formalities at 9: 00- 1 1: 00 and 2: 00-4: 00 on June 25th. Admission procedures include filling in the registration form for new students and paying the fee for the first month of school. Those who fail to go through the admission formalities within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up their admission qualification automatically.
5. Organize new students to enter the park.
