My family strongly opposed buying and said it was unlucky ... Of course, I opposed changing jobs this time for the same reason.

Because I don't like this job, I seldom mention the recent work to them. Recently, I found that their thoughts are different from what they say. After the first sharing meeting, others were still in a fog and didn't know what I was going to do. My dad suddenly told me that you are developing well in this direction. Now is the traffic age of Tik Tok. As long as you are willing to do it, any industry can do it.

The next step is how to do it. My initial idea is to talk about insurance expertise first through the sharing mode of WeChat group. Register your official WeChat account and start writing articles one by one. It doesn't involve the company, it doesn't involve products, just to lay the foundation for yourself. The company will change, the products will be updated, and only by selling me out will it be an eternal interest.

This model has been tried a little, and a netizen talked to me about wanting to make up for a serious illness in the near future. I first understood his needs, and then talked about the professional content from the concept of serious illness. Later, he said that the poor reputation of the insurance industry is justified, and the employees are unprofessional. It is rare for you to hide customers regardless of professional ethics in order to get a commission. Of course, the end of the story is that he used me to make up for the serious illness.

This incident also made me more confident and more aware of what route I should take.
