3. If the application for low-rent housing is audited and the family income and family housing conditions meet the prescribed conditions, it shall be publicized by the competent department of construction (housing security) for a publicity period of 15 days; If there is no objection or no objection after publicity, it shall be registered as the object of low-rent housing security, notify the applicant in writing, and make the registration results public. After examination, the competent department of construction (housing security) shall notify the applicant in writing and explain the reasons. If the applicant disagrees with the audit results, he may appeal to the competent department of construction (housing security).
