1. 2. The competent department in charge of applying for low-rent housing shall, within 5 days from the date of receiving the application materials/KLOC-0, put forward audit opinions on whether the applicant's family housing situation meets the prescribed conditions, and forward the application materials of eligible applicants to the civil affairs department at the same level; The civil affairs department shall, within 15 days from the date of receiving the application materials, put forward audit opinions on whether the applicant's family income meets the prescribed conditions, and feedback to the competent department of construction (housing security) at the same level.
3. If the application for low-rent housing is audited and the family income and family housing conditions meet the prescribed conditions, it shall be publicized by the competent department of construction (housing security) for a publicity period of 15 days; If there is no objection or no objection after publicity, it shall be registered as the object of low-rent housing security, notify the applicant in writing, and make the registration results public. After examination, the competent department of construction (housing security) shall notify the applicant in writing and explain the reasons. If the applicant disagrees with the audit results, he may appeal to the competent department of construction (housing security).
