I. Recruitment Requirements for Volunteers Connected to Guiyang Public Welfare Psychological Assistance Hotline

1. Be law-abiding, have good conduct, and have no record of illegal and criminal activities, and have no record of bad behaviors such as violating professional ethics;

2. Love social welfare undertakings, have good professional ethics and teamwork spirit, obey work coordination arrangements, ensure that they have a certain amount of time to invest in public welfare services, participate in training supervision as required, and promise to strictly abide by the principle of confidentiality;

3. Bachelor degree or above, with medical, psychological, educational or sociological background, professionals who have received systematic psychotherapy training and crisis intervention technology training are preferred;

4. More than 100 hours of clinical experience in psychological counseling/therapy;

5. Meet one of the following conditions:

Registered supervisor/psychologist/assistant psychologist of Chinese Psychological Association;

Hold the certificate of psychotherapist;

Hold the qualification certificate of national second/third level psychological counselor;

Teachers who have been engaged in teaching and practical work related to mental health education and counseling in universities, middle schools and primary schools for more than 3 years;

Engaged in psychological assistance hotline connection service 100 hours or more;

Other professional qualifications that can provide psychological assistance hotline service.

6. Age 22-65 years old, no obvious hearing and language barriers, patient listening ability, and skilled use of psychological counseling speech and conversation skills.

7. Love the work of psychological hotline and be willing to serve callers wholeheartedly; Strictly abide by the ethics, psychological hotline work norms and related rules and regulations issued by the competent departments of the industry and professional groups.

Second, the form of work and service hours

1. Hotline service hours:10: 00-22: 00;

2. Hotline service location: Volunteers have their own quiet and undisturbed office space;

3. Volunteer service time: Volunteers choose a relatively fixed service period according to their personal situation, and each person participates in duty at least once a week, and the duty time of each shift varies from 2 to 3 hours.
