At that moment, I was full of passion. My thesis was rated as the only outstanding one in the defense, and was quickly hired by the 11th National Multimedia Academic Conference. My work practice has accumulated some photographic skills: over the years, I have photographed municipal key projects, planning meetings, medium-sized renovation projects every three years and so on. Editing is a very professional job, and I can operate both linear editing and nonlinear editing systems with ease. For signal editing, material editing, recording, music and other post-processing work can be competent. As a master of computer software and theory, I have the scientific research ability of multimedia technology development and the professional knowledge of post-production.
Besides being good at studying, managing, writing and being an expert, I also have the advantages of quick response and easy acceptance of new things. This is also the quality that a multimedia studio director should have.
I also have two disadvantages in competing for employment. The first is my gender. Because photography requires high physical quality, people may think that this position should be held by a strong man. However, I think, in addition to good physical condition, you should also have extraordinary courage. I have both. I am young, and there is no femininity in my dictionary. Going out to shoot, no matter how tired and bitter I am, I will not shrink back just because I am a woman. On two occasions, I went out to inspect with Mayor Lin. Because of my outstanding performance and good at capturing pictures, among a group of burly photographers, Mayor Lin only noticed me and asked my unit kindly. Continue to follow up and shoot a number of key projects; Actively cooperate with the Planning Bureau and the Construction Committee to complete the filming of important conference activities; Complete and systematic collection of audio-visual materials of Panyu Nansha Development Zone, Biological Island, Urban Village Reconstruction and other planning projects. The second is to open up new ways for audio-visual archives to collect, and gradually strengthen the contribution of multimedia studios to audio-visual archives's business guidance.

Plan B (Business) is a business operation plan. Our library, audio-visual archives, has faithfully recorded the changes of the appearance of xx city in the past ten years, and is a valuable property shared by all of you here. Scheme B is to develop multimedia products with sound, image and text by using existing materials and multimedia technology, and carry out paid services in a commercial operation mode. B plans to use the real estate in audio-visual archives to build mobile assets of multimedia products with market value, which will bring endless wealth to our library.
Plan C (Cooperation) is an inter-departmental cooperation plan. Horizontal communication and vertical cooperation are the purposes of plan C. First, we should work closely with all departments of the library. The recent internal cooperation plan has three contents: first, cooperate with the editing and research department to edit a feature film to publicize the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the archives. In addition, provide audio-visual materials needed by the editing and research department to edit albums and prepare websites; The second is to cooperate with the supervision office to strengthen the business guidance function of audio-visual archives and levy the network unit audio-visual archives; Three, cooperate with the technical development department to participate in the development of digital multimedia information management system of digital archives, and provide audio-visual archives urban construction multimedia query system to the relevant users of our library and the Municipal Planning Bureau. Another aspect of the cooperation plan is to strengthen foreign cooperation. Actively cooperate with government decision-making departments to produce TV feature films needed for planning schemes and international bidding. Make use of media advantages and library resources to carry out publicity and planning activities. Third, in line with the principle of equality, mutual benefit and resource sharing, cooperate with the brother units of the urban construction system. By holding exhibitions of photographic works and multimedia information exchange activities, we will strengthen contact with our brother units and ensure the smooth development of cross-departmental work.
Digitalization is a digital plan. To sum up, plan D has two aspects: one is the construction of multimedia information database. The multimedia database construction scheme will use the current advanced digital image acquisition and compression technology, digital multimedia security technology, mass storage technology of CD-ROM, network technology and database technology to convert the existing urban construction audio-visual materials in our library into electronic files, establish the urban construction audio-visual database, serve the government decision-making departments and the public, and finally realize resource sharing. Second, multimedia information security work. Using information hiding and information encryption technology, digital watermark or electronic signature is embedded in digital image as copyright guarantee of multimedia information in network transmission. Because I have a certain research foundation, I believe that the multimedia information security work of our library can go faster and better in the same industry.
Multimedia information plan, business operation plan, cross-departmental cooperation plan and digital plan are the four blueprints of abcd in my mind.
