Dalian Ocean University (located in Dalian, Liaoning Province) is a university jointly established by the State Oceanic Administration and the People's Government of Liaoning Province. It is the first batch of pilot universities for the reform of the national outstanding agricultural and forestry personnel education and training plan, and a key construction university for first-class universities in Liaoning Province.
