Hiking in Enshi, Shan Ye, Haval H9 will be a challenging day.

On the eve of the meeting, I made an appointment with Zhao, the director I have never met before. Because a trip will take two hours, Zhao summed it up in one sentence as "sooner rather than later", so his head froze at dawn.

When going out, the boss's family was still awake. Sorry to disturb them, they pushed open the door to welcome the new day.

It will be a challenging day for me. I will pack my bags and put on sports shoes specially prepared for this outdoor hike. On my first outdoor hike, I sat quietly at the door and imagined what might happen during the hike. Will I meet all kinds of challenges like Mr. Bei? Will you meet wild animals like snakes and bears? ..... In short, my mind is a series of strange fantasies.

After breakfast, Zhao's guidance on this outdoor hiking trip arrived as scheduled. Director Zhao is a coach with more than ten years of outdoor life experience, and in my opinion, he is a great god. Besides, I served in the army before. Look at the developed muscles on his arms. Although he is not as good as those who specialize in fitness, judging from the color of his skin, he is already a person who has written stories. Director Zhao briefly introduced Luyuanping, the place where we walked outdoors this time. It can be regarded as a simple understanding of my new arrival, in other words, it may be to be mentally prepared.

Under the leadership of Zhao, I drove my big nine to Luyuanping!

The way in and out of the hotel seems to be just nine!

After two and a half hours' drive, I arrived at Luyuanping, the first stop of this outdoor hike. Average elevation1.700m. Here, Fiona Fang is about 5 square kilometers, surrounded by mountains, and cliffs form a natural barrier. Luyuanping, located in Xintian Village, Banqiao, Enshi City, is one of the undeveloped scenic spots in Mufu Grand Canyon. I still remember a sentence in Li Bai's Shu Dao Nan: I don't associate with Qin Sai, which explains the villagers living in Luyuanping well. They can only go in and out of the village with their feet, and there is no means of transportation to get there. It is also the only place without expressway. Put on the sun protection clothes and take out the trekking poles. Today, the outdoor hiking in Luyuanping officially started.

Take GOPro and record your "thrilling and beautiful" trip.

Luyuanping is still a fully developed scenic spot. Apart from this path, there is basically no way to go down to the bottom to see the most primitive scenery.

Director Zhao walked ahead to clear the way for me. Director Zhao told me, don't underestimate those wild flowers and weeds you don't know over there, maybe they are some more precious Chinese herbal medicines! After all, Enshi is known as the "Central China Chinese Medicine Library". As a city resident, I don't know what Chinese herbal medicine is. Fortunately, director Zhao's careful explanation. Whenever there are Chinese herbal medicines, Director Zhao will tell me what medicine it is, and will carefully explain what diseases this medicine can be used to treat.

This is Lu Yuanping. From the Qiaowan pass on the mountain to the Qiaowan at the valley bottom, the vertical drop is more than 500 meters, and it takes 1000 meters to cut the road from the cliff. This special terrain keeps the landscape of Lintian Road and farmhouse in Luyuanping original. From the mountain to the foot, there are almost 1520 steps. When I reached the bottom of the valley, my knees ached a little. As an experienced coach, I told me that when going downhill, I need to lean down sideways, which can not only protect my knees, but also save some physical strength. On the boulder next to it, the words "Luyuanping" are engraved, probably because of the polishing of weather and time, and the words on the stone are now faintly visible.

On the way down the mountain, I met a local villager and watched him carry a sack full of plants. I went to the district and asked what you brought. The old master also enthusiastically explained to me that this is the epimedium he picked on the mountain, and he was going to carry it to the mountain to exchange money. When I said this, the master looked at me with an embarrassed smile and wiped my sweat with my thin shirt. My face was red. I wonder if I can help, but I find that I don't have this ability, so I can only silently pray for the safety of my master. Wondering whose father, whose son and whose husband this is? Perhaps this is the life of the local people, and I have seen the most primitive and simple attitude towards life.

All the way forward, basically close to the bottom. When passing by here, Director Zhao asked me if I was curious about why there were shabby houses here. Smile and explain to me that Enshi is not only rich in medicinal materials, but also rich in mineral resources. This place was used as a sulfur mine in the 1970s and 1980s. Later, because of the evacuation, the house stayed. After a long period of rain, the house has become what it is now.

From nine o'clock in the morning to one o'clock in the afternoon, I found that my stomach had started barking. Zhao led the local people and took me to a local farmhouse for dinner. The owner of the farmhouse is an old woman, about 90 years old, but with clear eyes and strong body. Grandma and her daughter run the farmhouse together.

In the spare time of cooking, grandma took out some Chinese herbal medicines that have been treasured for many years, and filled a basket with gastrodia elata, codonopsis pilosula, astragalus membranaceus, and the most striking thing was Ganoderma lucidum. It is said that Ganoderma lucidum can prolong life and keep fit. I don't know what will happen if I eat such a big ganoderma lucidum. In fact, grandma is also a transit point for many outdoor teams. Seeing the banner of outdoor adventure hanging on the wall, you know that many outdoor adventure lovers from all over the country have been here. They may also make simple supplies here, like me, and then hang a flag or sign a name to represent that they have been here.

There, you can see the highest peak of Luyuanping-Lujiao Peak. It is said that a homestay owner once spent about four days hiking to the top of Lujiao Peak and planted a national flag on it. I know I don't have the strength, so I won't go up to identify the authenticity. I'll go and have a look when I have the strength!

As the saying goes, the people of Enshi have shown this very well. There is no running water in the mountains, so they put pipes in the gathering place of mountain spring water to transport it to their homes. High-altitude mountain spring water can basically be drunk directly without precipitation. I really envy this kind of external life similar to Tao Yuanming's Peach Blossom Garden. Every morning when I open the window, what I hear is not the whistle of the car, but the pleasant bird calls. It's not the air filled with PM2.5, but the floral fragrance that comes at you, which makes people feel comfortable and relaxed.

Why is Luyuanping an undeveloped outdoor hiking? The bluestone steps under my feet were funded by the government, because the whole Luyuanping is too big to be repaired, and there are too many places to be improved.

Think about how difficult it is to build steps on a cliff with a verticality close to 90 degrees! Let's praise the infrastructure madman in China!

Compared with the bare mountains in many places, I think Enshi is particularly rich in mountain vegetation. The mountain in Enshi also has its own uniqueness, that is, it is particularly steep, and basically you can see the foot of the mountain from the top of the mountain. Director Zhao told me that the place we are going to now is the green beach. This canyon may have been formed during the movement of Himalayan crustal plates at that time, because many fossils of paleontology were found during the development of this cliff. I was really shocked when I didn't know what to listen to. Be careful when traveling or hiking outdoors in the future. Maybe there is an ancient fossil next to you.

This is the green beach, a particularly prominent karst landform. I ran to the pool and took a sip. Sure enough, the mountain spring water is very powerful and tastes particularly sweet. I washed my flushed face with water to cool it down.

This is the deepest part of Luyuanping Canyon.

When you pass this road, you will find that this canyon is almost caused by the movement of the crustal plate. Along the way, you will see many rocks with unimaginable weight blocking your way, so you can only climb and cross.

Walking on this stone step is basically on the way back. You will see many mosses and ferns on the mountain. Some mosses look as if they are dead. In fact, more is to protect themselves and reduce their own water emissions, and they will come back to life in rainy weather. I have to admire the ingenuity and tenacious vitality of nature. Fear nature!

On the way back, I met a particularly horrible and fun thing! Because they are the most primitive roads, Director Zhao told me to be careful of snakes. There were many snakes in the afternoon, and there was a snake before my voice stopped. I quickly called Zhao for help, and Zhao looked intently and told me that the snake was not poisonous, nothing! Walk past it quietly. Apart from seeing snakes in the zoo, I saw wild snakes outdoors for the first time, and now I feel scared when I think about it. Because if you meet a snake, unless you move it, either you kill it or it will haunt you all the time.

Walking on Luyuanping, there is only one entrance and one exit. What do you mean? This is the only way in and out, which means that the road we just went down has now become the road up the mountain. At the beginning, I was more energetic when I climbed to a small part. When I climbed to the middle, I really complained. Once when I was resting in Ryan, he looked back at me and said that my lips had turned white. Death is still important, so sit down and rest!

I started this hike at nine o'clock in the morning and came back successfully at six o'clock in the evening. Put on a handsome posture and celebrate the success of your outdoor hike!

For me, the first outdoor hiking is a huge challenge, not only physically, but also psychologically. The physical challenge is physical strength. During the nine-hour hike, I basically didn't have much rest. Psychologically, I have wanted to give up many times, especially on the way back, my calf is close to cramp, and I can't wait for guidance to help me! At that time, I understood a truth, that is, when people are physically and mentally exhausted, there is actually no other idea, only one idea, that is, to continue to go on, and it is under the support of this belief that I have been supporting me to go on and on. Although this process is very hard, I enjoy seeing such steep peaks and original beautiful scenery. Of course, I am also very grateful to Zhao Quancheng for his help, which made me feel the fun of outdoor hiking! It is important to have a good outdoor team leader. Today, our outdoor hike in Luyuanping officially ended, and there will be a longer outdoor hike waiting for me tomorrow!
