Heating installation expert! Low in and high out or AG low out?

Heating equipment is rare in agriculture.

Because the requirement of installing radiator is that the inlet water temperature should be high and the outlet water temperature should be low. The density of cold water is greater than that of hot water, that is to say, cold water is heavier than hot water, so that hot water enters, is cooled by the radiator of the radiator, becomes cold water, sinks at the bottom of the radiator, and then falls out. This situation is not only beneficial to water circulation, but also can make the temperature of the whole radiator uniform.

If the installation is low in and high in, it will make the radiator in the whole project have no temperature and high temperature, which is unsafe for the use of heating.

Extended data

Steel cylindrical heating is the most popular mainstream heating product in the world at present, which has the characteristics of rich colors, changeable shapes, smooth surface, easy cleaning, good heat dissipation, comfortable heating, light weight, corrosion resistance, high pressure bearing, long service life and simple installation.

Compared with cast iron heating and steel plate heating, steel column heating is a kind of heating with medium and high price, with higher price and more classic, beautiful and practical products.

The invention of steel plate heater is later than that of column heater, and it is an economical and practical steel heater. Generally, it consists of one, two or three layers of radiating plates with hot water. Each layer of radiator with hot water is formed by stamping and welding two cold-rolled steel plates, and convection fins are welded on the back of the radiator to increase its heat dissipation. When the heating hot water flows through the heater, it heats the heating wall and convection plate, and the heat is transferred to the surrounding environment through natural convection and radiation, thus achieving the effect of heating the room.

Because of the large convective heat, small radiant heat ratio and high heat dissipation per unit weight, plate heating is cheaper and more economical than column heating.

However, due to the appearance design and small water capacity of plate heating, there are also many problems that are difficult to solve, such as: sanitary dead angle, difficult cleaning, small heat capacity, not suitable for single furnace and so on.
