In the practice of this legal consultation, I feel that many people don't understand or even misunderstand legal consultation. Many people reject legal consultation and think that legal consultation is to convince others, just like arguing with others. Some visitors regard the legal adviser as a "savior" and throw all their psychological "baggage" to him; Some people think that legal advice is to prescribe drugs for them; Some people think that legal advice will give them suggestions to solve problems and so on. It can be seen that the legal awareness of our young students and even our citizens needs to be further improved today when all aspects of our society are underdeveloped.
4. Although the country has continuously strengthened the publicity of popularizing the law in recent years, the people's legal awareness has also been greatly improved. But as a country, some of the most fundamental systems are still imperfect. Due to the mutual constraints and interests of various units, some laws and regulations can not be implemented, which seriously hinders the process of legalization in China. China still needs to strengthen the publicity of legal consultation, so that the broad masses can understand and accept legal consultation and know how to seek help from legal consultation institutions on their own initiative. We know that a society ruled by law inevitably needs modern citizens who know, understand, safeguard and guarantee the law. Fundamentally speaking, obeying the law conforms to the wishes and interests of most citizens. The general public is the theme of legal system construction, and building a country ruled by law is still a matter for the general public. Naturally, it depends on the people and the improvement of public awareness of rights and law. As the future and hope of the country and the nation, the majority of young college students should enhance their legal awareness and improve their legal level.
In the process of consultation, what I feel most is that books are only used when they are used. In addition to mastering the theoretical knowledge in class, we should learn more professional knowledge through various channels, so as to correctly master the working process of legal consultation and flexibly apply it to practice. At the same time, I think many details will have an impact on the process of legal consultation, such as politeness, the language expression ability of consultants and clothing, which are worthy of our attention. Through the short internship in the morning, I have a deeper understanding of legal work and a clearer understanding of the purpose and direction of my future study. This internship is short or long, from which I learned a lot of knowledge and the truth of being a man that books can't learn.
6. What college students lack most is experience and experience accumulation. We should really improve the level of psychological counseling, participate in practice and sum up experience. University is a small society. We are no longer greenhouse flowers that cannot withstand the wind and rain in the ivory tower. Always take part in social practice activities, which will broaden your horizons, understand the society, go deep into life and have endless aftertaste.
