In 2009, North No.4 Middle School set up a Sinology Studio headed by Mr. Zhu to carry out various sinology education and exchange activities for teachers, students and parents inside and outside the school. After 20 10, the studio began to recruit graduates and other alumni of the national society as volunteers. Most volunteers are students from Peking University, Tsinghua University, Beijing Normal University and other institutions of higher learning. Under the guidance of Mr. Zhu, they volunteered to serve the Chinese studies education of their alma mater, asking for nothing in return, and invested a lot of time and energy to make the Chinese studies education in No.4 Middle School develop continuously.
Volunteers from Sinology Studio assisted Mr. Zhu in guiding junior and China Sinology Societies, taking charge of the organization and management of daily activities, and operating the official WeChat account "Jingsi Sinology Society", which gradually formed a certain social influence. From 20 12, studio volunteers began to offer Chinese studies elective courses such as A Brief History of China's Humanistic Spirit in Senior High School, which is unique among the elective courses taught by graduates because of its continuity and systematicness. In addition, the volunteers in the studio also undertook part of the teaching of humanities courses in the humanities experimental class and gave lectures on Chinese studies for the teachers and students of the whole school.
