The collection targets are mainly young people (including college students) who graduated from high schools (including vocational high schools, technical secondary schools and technical schools), focusing on recruiting college students, giving priority to young people with high academic qualifications and giving priority to recent college graduates.
Students admitted to ordinary colleges and universities in 2022, and young people with college education in government agencies, organizations, enterprises and institutions may be approved to join the army if they meet the requirements after registration. The young women recruited are ordinary high school graduates and full-time college graduates and students.
2. Age requirements for conscription
Male soldiers to be recruited: young people (including college students) who graduated from high schools (including secondary schools, vocational schools and technical schools) or above, aged from 18 to 22 years old (2006 5438+010/0/0, 65438-2005 65438+February 365438)
College graduates, graduating class students who meet the graduation requirements in the first half of the year, aged 18 to 24 years old; Graduate students and students are relaxed to 26 years old; Young men with junior high school education, aged 18 to 20 years old.

In 2022, full-time college graduates can sign up for the recruitment of female soldiers in the first half of 2023, and the age is relaxed to 23 years old.

3. Time to apply for registration
Registration time for national conscription (male soldiers) in 2023: registration in the first half of the year: 2022 12, 1 to February 202318; Application in the second half of the year: February 65438+ 2022 to August 2023 1 18. Registration Notes: Male soldiers need to complete the military service registration before registration.
Registration time for national conscription (female soldiers) in 2023: registration in the first half of the year: 2023 1 to February 202318; Application for registration in the second half of the year: from July 1 day to August1day 18: 00.
4. Recruitment conditions.
Political conditions: it shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions on political assessment of conscription issued by the Ministry of Public Security, the former General Staff Department and the former General Political Department. The political assessment of conscription is mainly based on the actual performance of citizens themselves.
The assessment contents include: personal basic information, political outlook, religious belief, marital status, school of graduation (study), education level, main experience, going abroad (territory), actual performance, rewards and punishments, and political situation of family members and major social relations members.
Physical condition: It shall be implemented in accordance with the Physical Examination Standard for Citizens to be Recruited issued by the Ministry of National Defense and relevant regulations. Basic conditions: height, male youth 160 cm or more, female youth 158 cm or more; Weight, male youth 17.5 ≤ body mass index
Vision, the naked eye vision of any eye is not less than 4.5; The naked vision of any eye is less than 4.8, the corrected vision of any eye is less than 4.8 or the corrected degree is more than 600 degrees. Excimer laser surgery was performed for ametropia for more than half a year without complications. The naked eye vision of any eye reached 4.8, and the fundus examination was normal, except for submarine personnel, divers and airborne troops.
5. Recruitment method
School-age youth should apply at their domicile, and foreign household registration personnel who have obtained local residence permits for more than 3 years can also apply in this city. Graduates and students of ordinary colleges and universities can apply at the school or the place where they registered before entering school.
Citizens eligible for enlistment after political assessment, physical examination and pre-service education shall be approved by the conscription office of the District People's Government.
